Ownership Changes​

When a character changes player hands it must be logged here for the Homed Characters/Companions to note the change. Ownership is noted by whoever is the current player within the Homed Characters/Companions thread, any disputes on who owns a character will always end in the favor of that player.​

Logging ownership changes is not an option -- it is a must. We will keep an eye on swaps/sales/rehomes and contact those claiming ownership without having logged the update here. Failure to use this thread (within a week of ownership change) can and often will result in the shop owners getting involved.​

Please ensure you've used the Swap/Gift/Sale Confirmations thread for any swap, gifts, or sales PRIOR to using this thread!​

The Forms​

Please use the forms exactly as indicated, with no alterations, removals, or additions to the categories within each form. It is important to fill it out completely and correctly. ​

Characters will update within the Homed Characters/Companions thread within a week. If you notice a lack of updates please contact Nym or Tea once that week is over!​

There are two forms to pick from! Ownership Change Forms are for the logging of a character being placed with a different player. Username Change Update Forms are for players who have changed their username and need their character to properly reflect their updated name. ​

Ownership Change Form: ​

[B]Confirmation[/B]: link to the confirmation of the swap/gift/sale from the Swap/Gift/Sale Confirmations thread. it must be approved by both parties (the previous and new players).

Username Change Update: ​

[B]Player's New Username[/B]: list full username
[B]Characters[/B]: link to all the official Homed Character/Companions posts that need updating!
