Raptors have few vehicles of any sort. Their environments are harsh and with the aide of magic it is just more coinvent than creating things to travel in. They have developed carts and such that they can and do use to transport large or heavy loads.

As far as actual transportation vessels go, raptors have developed quite impressive boats and ships. Such vessels are needed by the land bound to traverse the oceans more safely. Many are enchanted in some way but it is more safe and reliable than other magical means.

Alternatively, there are both items and spells to aide both the land and water bound that allow them to breath and move in the other's territory.
