▷ Disbanding and Transfers

As time goes on it isn't surprising if a few herd owners might want to disband an idea or hand off the herd to someone else. It can be complicated, but we're here to help streamline the process. Disbanding completely removes the levels and points from a herd with the understanding the owner has decided to close the project. Transfers, however, maintain the points/levels. It is entirely up to the owner which option they choose. Disbanding leaves room to reopen the herd, although it'll start back at square one. Transfers are permanent and all rights to the herd go to the new owner.​

Please take the time to consider which option is right for you! Once you've decided, use a form below to cement the decision. Transfers must be quoted by the new owner to show intent to accept the ownership of the herd. New owners will need to make a new thread for the herd, but a staff-member will help them with the process.​

Do not post a disbanding form for non-certified herds. Just post within that thread or edit the title that the herd concept is closing. Owners can transfer non-certified herd concepts.​
