[designer] !raffle start [name] - starts raffle named [name]
[designer] !raffle end [num] - ends raffle, with optional amount of winners ([num])
[everyone] !enter [name] - enters raffle named [name]

#media-suggestions
[everyone] !imdb [imdb title/id] - suggests an [imdb [title or id]] for watching/playing/etc
[everyone] !steam [steam title/id] - suggests an [steam [title or id]] for playing/watching/etc

[everyone] !stats/!profile [name/[mention]] - views your profile; optional view someone else's
[everyone] !setp - sets an optional custom section on profile (up to 1,000 characters)
[everyone] !setg - sets an optional gender section on profile (up to 30 characters)

any channel:
[[streamer]] !stream [draw/play/watch] [on/off] - turns the streaming channel (and associated text channel) on or off
[[designer]] !award [num] [[mentions]] - gives [mentions] [num] amount of cash
[everyone] - !rng [min,max] [series] - generates one or series of numbers
[everyone] - !dice/!throw/!roll [[num]d[die type], (repeat) - throws a specified amount of dice of specified type

any streaming-related text channel [for associated stream/vc channel]:
[[streamer]] !vote [start/pick/end] [pick: num/pop] - turns voting for a thing off, optional num or popular tally
[[streamer]] !list [num/wipe] - picks a winner from list of all voters across stream existence; wipe clears all
[everyone] !vote [text] - anyone not in command of vote will enter vote with [text]

[everyone] !gender [id] [gender] - gives or changes character's gender section to [gender]
[everyone] !desc [id] [desc] - gives or changes a description [desc] to character [id]
