With a job that demands both time and travel, the current co-head of the United Research Associates' Nauwill branch has little time for much in the way of hobby and even less use for relaxation. While she wouldn't have it any other way, she's often overworked and always under stress trying to defend their case. There are those that would put profit before this amazing chance after all, but while they upset her professionally, she's equally always ready to be pleasant to those that care to temper those expectations.

Ever since she was young and starry-eyed, Emma has been working hard for the United Research Associates. In fact it's been nearly her whole life since. Her job has sent her travelling from land to sea to everything between, and likewise returning to others in order to richly study the world of wonder they inhabit. Between penning various research journal entries, testing samples that have led to some important finds, and helping preserving historic culture and lore for many regions, she somehow found time for other "fascinating" discoveries - like her equally minded husband Arthur and her son Louis, of course.

- Emma is a top researcher and has lead studies dealing with a variety of topics related to the biology of flora and fauna alike.

- Her career has made her adept at managing both her and her husband's duties on a day to day basis.
- Charismatic
- When she actually has time for public appearances, it's clear why she was put in as the face of URA's Nauwill division. Not only does she have a way with words, she has a conviction that makes many people want to listen to her speak.
Three Flaws:
- No Time
- Louis' busy parents can barely stop to feel the guilt they share over missing so many important parts of their son's life, much less the guilt they share by sending him on errands as soon as he was barely able, and if they didn't even have time for him ...
- Scatterbrained
- When tech fails to remind, it's easy to forget human things like eating or hydrating when she's got so many other, more important things to do.
- Overworked
- Though she won't admit it, Emma's busy life has deteriorated her health somewhat, though it's still not as badly as other situations might have left her.
