Character Overview:
Living in the so-called city of art, Eulalio is drawn to making or pranking. Each piece he completes tries to tell a new story or shed light on an old tale. He's a soft-spoken and gentle soul, nobody ever suspects he's the one pulling outrageous tricks on trainers passing through. He'd never do something to hurt people, but inconveniencing is a whole 'nother ball game; salt exchanged for sugar, switching around pokeballs, even hiding bags inside other bags. Once he's had his secret laugh, he happily lends a helping hand to right the wrongs or "find" lost things.

Three Strengths:
- Soft and gentle - Eulalio has this sense of serenity and softness about him that makes him easy to get along with. He never raises his voice or gets angry about things.
- Confidant - Eulalio is this deep well. Nothing you confide in him will ever get out or travel to anybody you don't want it to. He loves to learn secrets and the best way to go about that is to never reveal any of them.
- Knowledgeable about nature - You don't spend as much time as he did traversing the woods and not pick up a thing or two. What he didn't figure out on his own, he learned about from books or by chatting with some of the trainers who would stop by.
- Mischievous - They hide it well, but sometimes there'll be this sort of twinkle in their eye. They can't help but want to pull people's legs just a bit. It would seriously jeopardize their character image if people saw all the little things they did. Besides, it's fun to help people out with problems they caused.
- A Bit Too into Nature - What can they say, sometimes Eulalio gets a bit too caught up in exploring various parts of the unexplored wilds and they end up scaring people away. You'd be a bit scared too if a giant mass of leaf and stick covered hair atop the dirtiest looking maybe child you've ever seen popped out of the woods while you were trekking to the nearby town. He's gotten sick a couple times from staying out too long in the wet or cold, but nothing too bad.
- Bends the rules - Sure yeah, Eulalio knows the rules, and knows why they're a good idea, but sometimes that's not what will work best. A little bit of wiggle room is always in the cards for what he likes to do. It's nothing illegal, he swears! Maybe might get a couple odd looks about it though.
- Invunerable - Eulalio is 18. He's living his best life, taken some risks and gotten nothing but rewards. Yeah sometimes bad things happen, but never to him! He's always careful and besides, big risks have big rewards!
- Fickle - Eulalio has many many interests. The world is so big and there's so many people and pokemon, who can blame him if he's always getting distracted by the next best thing. Most of the time he'll circle back to whatever it was. Might not be for long but it caught his attention in the first place didn't it?
History:
Born and raised in Nacrene City in the Unova region, Eulalio spent numerous hours traipsing the Pinwheel Forest. His ma owned a handful of cottonees and whimsicotts to help with her fabric making business, and she always told him he fit in perfectly with the lot. So he couldn't help exploring the woods to search for them. He'd pretend he was one of the whimsicotts and pull pranks on unsuspecting people passing through. It was pretty rare that anyone cottoned on to his shenanigans, and it wasn't anybody who returned to town who did so he never had to worry about being punished.
His father was a trainer who passed through town at some point; his mom apparently traded one of her cottonees for an eldegoss of his. Eulalio never cared about knowing or not knowing him. Sometimes he'd like to pretend he was one of the champions who had come through town, other times he was just passing through.
The moment Eulalio heard about a new region opening up he had to go. With an entire new island to explore, who knew what people would find. With new muses to find and new people to prank, it's no wonder he had to pack up the moment he heard about the awaiting adventure.
