Socially Adaptable
Junpei has a way with people; he's always had a strong natural knack for knowing how to please and manipulate people both, and over time it's grown into a high tendency to be able to blend into any social situation. From a business meeting with the highest elite to slumming with cohorts in a back-alley bar, he's quick to adapt and adjust himself to behaviors that blend him in and put him at an advantage if need be.
Shrewd
Junpei's mind is sharp, but nowhere so much as much as with business. He loves negotiation, and he has often had a good sense for where business opportunities might arise - and how to make them happen if something goes off.
Loyal
Junpei's loyalty is as strong as it is rare. While it's highly unusual for him to get close to someone, those that are have an alliance for life. He strives to keep his friends safe and well-taken care of, and the idea of crossing those who are his family would never enter into his mind.

Junpei is not one to be betrayed. While he handles adult disagreements with grace, doing things to actively harm him or his family or to break his trust invokes a burning anger that is difficult to quell. He takes both pleasure and pride in erasing his enemies, and the lengths he will go to in order to accomplish this are the stuff of hushed whispers and tabloid rumor mills.
Power-Hungry
Junpei is already a powerful man. Fairlight Co. is only the newest in a series of rather successful, if not well-known, endeavors, but he is still unsatisfied with his position. He truly craves power - not only monetarily or politically, but physically as well, always striving to move closer to perfection with his pokémon team. Every successful step forward sees him planning the next three, and it seems as though there's no limit to his desire for control and wealth.
Insatiable
Junpei finds it difficult to get enough of a good thing. While not lacking control of himself in his day to day, when something takes his interest, he often finds ways to indulge in that thing as much as possible, even when it might be a detriment. Whether drinking three too many delicious cocktails at a group dinner or spending thousands flying a pretty little thing across the ocean to spend time with him, sometimes he lets his baser desires get the better of his judgement.
