Personality Overview:
Luci has had a fairly lonely life that has done well in forcing him to learn how to care for himself and develop his own independence. Thanks to this, Luci does not seek out the companionship of other humans and, frankly, he doesn't often have a high opinion of others. He can be overly blunt and hyper-critical of others, placing them on the same pedestal he has created for himself and expecting others to hold his standards. Luci is a driven individual who pushes himself hard to accomplish the many goals he has and has little qualms doing what he deems he must to get it. He is fairly jaded with his view of humans and is acutely aware of how others view him due to his appearance but has decided to use this in his favor and emphasize his appearance when he needs to bring out the manipulative charm to get his way. While he can be difficult to connect with if you're human, Luci has a soft heart for Pokemon, completely dedicating his life to their care and raising and treating Pokemon with love and compassion.

Luci grew up in Kalos as an only child, born to a mother who had no clue who his father was and had no desire to track him down. Luci struggled to connect with other children, often both viewed as "childish" for his smaller stature and barely aging face and also "cold" for his blunt demeanor. His mother decided she didn't want her son to grow up alone and set out to obtain and bring home as many Pokemon as she could, which would directly push him into his intensive and passionate Pokemon studies. Luci grew up wanting to give back to the world of Pokemon, seeking out where he could be of use, and, once an older teenager, began working for a Pokemon nursery and daycare, which he stayed within even after graduating from school. It was this daycare that recommend him to Nauwill and the Doveport Pokémon Enrichment Facility, which Luci set out for the moment he was approved.

- Hardworking: Driven and dedicated, you can rest assured Luci will always get a job done or at least get very far trying. They take any task they accept seriously and put their all into it regardless of the stakes or possibility, having found great success in doing so even in trying times.
- Self-sufficient: Luci is good at taking care of themselves and figuring out what needs to be done. He's been alone for a long time but, instead of letting it bring him down, he's used this to learn how to protect, defend, and educate himself.
- Charming On Command: Come on, look at his face. Luci is incredibly aware of his appearance and how others view him, and how hard it is to be acknowledged for the age he actually is. Well, if the world is going to give him this face then he is going use it. Luci can switch instantly into a cutesy and bubbly version of himself, which is incredibly draining and only used when he needs something, but it's effective.
- Socially Oblivious: Things can go right over his head at times, honestly. Humor, flirtations, subtle frustrations -- he's a fairly direct and honest person who expects others are too. He just assumes things will be verbally communicated, glossing over some more subtle facial expressions and, at times, a faint tone. He's fairly good at recognizing danger, but otherwise... well, he could use a little more practice.
- Judgemental: Luci absolutely judges others the moment he meets them. He can be easily annoyed or irked even, as he likes things just so and expects others to hold the same standards he does. He often cuts himself off from others as a result, or incorrectly comes to an assumption about someone's character. Luckily, his opinion can be changed with repeated exposure and proof that the person in question doesn't fit whatever label he's given them.
- Appearance: His appearance can both be positive and negative -- Luci finds it hard for others to take him seriously at times, often even resulting in him being excluded from things or barred from entering adult locations.
