Personality Overview: Oliver is so tired of your lack of common sense and poor life choices. He is tired and would like to take a nap but no, he is getting called in the middle of the night because you're an idiot, let him sleep. Not that you can tell, because he is on the job and he has to be professional, but his coworkers know. His dad knows, since he video calls him after shift to talk about the issues and make sure his dad isn't getting into trouble. He loves his dad, but his dad is a mess at the best of times and he has two young siblings to check in on. He needs a vacation, Nauwhil is going to be a vacation.

Volunteer at a poke rescue - where he got his Delcatty and Litten / looks good on his resume and he just like snuggling with pokemon.
Reading- give him a good novel, a thermos of tea, and a comfortable seat to just relax
Three Strengths:
Patient -Oliver might be tired and annoyed inside at some of his more trying patients, but he is gentle and calm, carefully coaxing and working with injured and scared people and Pokémon. He is good with young children, being the babysitter for his youngest siblings.
Professional: Inside might be a ball of tired disbelief, but Oliver is good at not letting that out when he is working. He keeps calm and serious, focused on making sure that his patient knows they are his focus and making them feel heard and that their needs and pain are taken seriously.
Organized- Oliver has everything plotted that needs to get done, when, and what can be shifted in order to get to more important things. He has a system, it works and it keeps everything going.
Three Weaknesses:
Over-Burden- Oliver tends to over burden himself to the point where it seems he is skipping meals and barely getting into bed before getting up to do more work. He juggles so much responsibility and tends to fake it till he makes it smile means he is just stacking more and more in a teetering tower of things to do and not enough hours in the day.
Finicky - Oliver likes things in their place, he likes things clean and neat. He can be a bit fussy and overly focused on the small details.
Self-Conscious- With a dad that is a three time amputee redneck whos political views are fuck big business and mind your own fucking business, Oliver knows there a bias about his family. His dad's Zoroark over protective streak when it comes to him and his sibs doesn't really help, and even his dad's service Audino has been close to throwing hands at local people. It just always seems that what he does himself isn't good enough 'such a shame he's tied to him' and he has to go the extra mile to get the same basic opportunities other people get.
History: Oliver was born on Akala Island, his father from Kalos/Orre and his mother being a native to the Alola islands. He has three siblings, Hollin closest to him in age(23), and then Locket (8) and Devlin (4) and thankfully his dad got snip because he is a mess of a man. Oliver loves his dad but the man is terrible at relationships.
His dad was a supportive figure, supervising him when he went out to battle after classes and giving him tips to train. He also brought him his first nail polish and lipstick. Oliver applied for EMT classes and took online classes as he worked, working up to be a licensed paramedic and dabbling in chemistry. He has been in a few Mantine surf contests and volunteered at a local pokemon rescue
His dad was the one to poke him into applying to Nauwhil and hopefully his kid gets some rest and stops trying to work himself into the ground.

He owns a deaf Litten and a tripod Delcatty who were part of the rescue, they are his babies.

VCA is who rubber stamped his passport but he works for all. He's a paramedic, if there is an emergency he is there.
Dad- Three time amputate- missing a leg above the knee, a foot, and 3/4 of a lower arm. From- Leg and Arm being crushed in a landslide when young in his journey in Orre and the foot from Sharpedo attack during a surfing contest.
