Poppy is a hedgewitch/herbalist who knows quite a bit about making medicinal remedies for a lot of common ailments or injuries. As such, she is very good at botany. She loves flowers and crafty things, making the most outlandish outfits is her biggest hobby, but also books, video games and a certain few popular si-fi and fantasy TV shows and movies. She also makes videos to share, mostly tutorials for her crafty things. Her goals are researching the plants in Nauwill, and one day having a cottage with as big of a garden as possible.

Making cute outfits. CosPlaying her favorite characters, tho, the CosPlays usually turn into inspired by outfits and/or her OCs from that media. Yarn and thread making. Knitting and crochet. She's just started dipping her toes into fabric making. Reading. Video games.

History:
♡She was born and raised on Melemele Island, in the Alola region. Her mother, Daisy, is an herbalist and botanist. Her father, Dill, is a pokemon photographer.
♡She gained her love of plants at an early age. Her mother is a botanist and an herbalist. Poppy started learning both almost as soon as she could walk.
♡Gardening is why she loves pokemon, her mom's garden attracted so many pokemon. She spent nearly as much time feeding them snacks as actual gardening.
♡Books, sci-fi and fantasy came to her life when her cousins insisted she read "The biggest series in sci-fi, on TV and in books!"
♡Fiber arts started when she sheared a wooloo for the first time. She watched a tutorial on yarn making and decided she wanted to learn to shear pokemon for their fibers. This is also when she took learning knitting and crochet more seriously.
♡Her love of CosPlay, making OCs and making cute outfits started when her 5th grade bff showed her an anime. It was a magical girl anime, of course.
♡Somewhere during all this she hatched her first pokemon. Her mother absent mindedly handded her a pokemon egg. After several days of running through the garden it hatched. A ponyta, who evolved into a rapidash. Flambé is now retired in her mother's garden.
♡After Flambé's retirement, Poppy decided to travel. Eventually ending up here in Nauwill.
♡Poppy has a large assortment of nick names based on flowers. So she will answer to almost any flower based name. As long as she recognizes it and thinks the person is calling to her, she'll just include it in her mile long list of names.
