Personality Overview: Wen is a calm and collected individual, not much shocks him and he is surprisingly well traveled for his age. He seems rather expressionless, only minuscule shifts in his mouth or eyes betray his emotions. He is an obedient and dutiful child and a secretly a mess of anxiety about disappointing the people he cares about. Prone to pushing himself beyond his capabilities.

History:
Wen was born in Saffron city, Kanto. The only child to his parents. His mother was a well known enviormental activist and his father her trophy husband. He was expected to do great things. In reality, both of his parents were in Team Rocket, high up in the ranks. His mother had created their alibi, her beautiful delicate face making her an instant hit with social media and she became the face of an activist group, covering up movements of agents and supplies.
His father was lesser know, occasionally appearing in a vid but never the face of anything. Considering he was a clean up hit man for the organization, he was just enough of a presence to seem that he was normal.
Wen first few years were normal outside the constant travel, but his mother became sick and died due to her illness. There was a scramble to introduce a new face of the organization and his father and him quietly disappeared into the back ground. He traveled with his father from place to place as his father cleaned up problems for Team Rocket.
He was officially inducted to the organization when he was 12, handling minor supply jobs. Usually delivering funds and picking up information. It slowly picked up as he grew older becoming more and more vital until he was supplying everything from drugs, Pokemon, weapons, even vehicles on occasion.
Things were going well until one of his fathers targets was capture and brought into protective custody, willing to cut a deal for safety. They had fucked up an very important project and it hadn't been the first time that they had caused the group to loose a high stake project. One of the many they gave up was Wen father in their quest for a deal.
The deal went down and a raid happened on various hide outs and domiciles and one on a high end hotel Wen and his father were staying at. Wen had left to go and get lunch at a food truck and when returning to their room started to notice there seemed to be a lot of under cover cops, like yeah usually there was some form of security but this was not good. He sent a quick text to his dad and continued up like nothing was wrong. Rule one, don't tip them off you know.
His dad had already picked up on something going down and was in full gear. They were in the middle of an argument when the hotel door was kicked down and Wen found himself being tossed out the hotel window by his dad, taking two shots to his shoulder and almost loosing conscious when Blinks his Dad's Charizard snagged him out of the air and attempted to flee.
One air chase and grounding later, he ended up in custody in a hospital.
Something Positive: Does his shiny pink Dratini count? Wen doesn't have a lot of pokemon, Dratini, Poochyena, and Girafarig but the three he has is very well cared for and trained. He is rather proud of his ability to care and train for his team.
Something Negative: Wen is short, and delicate in health and strength and this fact makes him push himself well beyond healthy in an attempt to make up for his short comings. Kid has a complex.

Wen is a tiny slip of a thing and easily over look and usually thought to be much younger then he is. Being constantly underestimated made it easy for him to deliver need supplies to grunts and field agents without anyone being wiser. You be amazed what you can smuggle in a couple of pizza boxes without anyone noticing.
