To be able to use your Tourac in breedings, roleplay, and the like, you'll need to certify them! Give them a name, have proof of their breed, and be able to take them to other shops as you like.
If you have any issues with the certs or certing process, contact me or another staff member.
RULES
There are no rules to what type of name you use. They could be called Dave or Sunset Sparkle.
Make sure your name is appropriate, jokes are fine but anything breaking TOS won't be allowed.
You must post your own Tourac, friends can't do it for you.
Duplicate names are perfectly fine.
You must submit completed forms only.
You can edit your cert until it is marked off by me or a staff member.
You can re-cert a Tourac at any time, so long as you include in notes that it has a cert prior to this.
