Expression: Confident, eyes have heavy lashes like Reverb.
Mane/Tail: Ok so her mane is a textured mohawk and the sides are braided. X.x; If the braids can't be included, as long as there's some separation from top fluff and her sides. Try to stick closer to the fishy version of her hair. For her tail you can take a CC approach to it, as long as it matches somehow.
Edits: Choker and piercings in her ears.

Body: black with a kinda rainbowy sheen (you can include the green or not, up to you)
Markings: Maybe add the crescent moons and/or the * o * looking pattern on the sleeves
Expression: so, there's not really an expression, so maybe just staaaaring? (please make the eyes similar to the ref though if you can)
Mane/Tail: it's hard to tell but those are braids. many tiny braids that go down to mid-back. Fewer braids, or maybe dreadlocks instead, would be fine.
Edits:
- the horns if possible
- that grey headdress is a helmet with a grey spike or fin at the top/back of the head
- the crescent on the side of the head includes feathers and dangly stuff with stars
- the scarf has a crescent moon broach
- the sleeves are silver and black above, that flare out toward the bottom (that part is blue)
- The sash has a crescent moon clasp at the side.
- The blue and black stuff trailing behind is the scarf (blue with black tassel)
- Hands are white because of white gloves (please ignore)
- Ignore the puppy if you like (he was on like every avatar I made at the time because of my pupper that passed away)
- If anything is too hard to convert/translate or it's just too much detail, go ahead and ignore
