The first post of journals will be created by the shop mule. This post will have a section with the items and gems that you have earned through the shop. It will also have the certed versions of the creatures that you own. Everything else after the first post is up for you to use to your own desire. You do not need to use your journal aside from letting the shop mule keep track of it all.
No need to post a form to request a journal as journals will be made as new owners gain dragons. New certs will be added to journals as they are dropped off in the main thread.
