Peltfern
A large growing fern that lives in swamps and murky areas. It often grows near silt ponds. The long strong stem has leaves that come off it looking like a thick kitsu pelts giving the plant it's name. it can come in a variety of colors and patterns making it very unique. at a distance it can be confused with a kit standing up against the stem causing a number of confusion in some swamps.
Location: swamps and murky areas particularly silt ponds
Properties: can be made into brushes for cleaning and painting.
Phrost Lichen
Phrost Lichen a small phrost lichen that grows in cold harsh lands in deep crags. It can be scraped off and tastes oddly of mint.

Puddgie Pot
A pale yellow flower that has thick succulent like leaves making a nest that the flower grows out of. it has a wide squat look with yellow petals with small red dots. It has a strong sweet scent and is popular to make perfumes out of.
Location: Temperate and warm climates
Properties: nectar from this plant is used to make strong perfumes and cover scents.

Ralley Flower
This purple flower with thin needles found in many open fields and groves. The flowers can not be eaten but make wonderful decorations.

Red Lien
A tall and proud tree that grows in warm areas. It is renown for it’s deep red wood that is known for it’s luster and lasting hardness. It is very popular for carving and building with. Its has a rough bark that is a challenge to pull back and the heartwood when polished looks like it is at the bottom of a riverbed with a smooth gloss.
Location: Athas and Ladlain (Torrland)
Properties: A good and sturdy wood to build with.
Fishermen love to make their boats and architects love to build works with this wood as it is known for its beauty

Silken Stream
This florescent plant sways elegantly in the water but when exposed to air produces a slimy mucus that acts as a filter protecting the lungs/gills of water berating kitsu letting them be on land for a period of a few hours. The plant is easy to identify as it looks like a rainbow stream of kelp the likes to grow in warm waters near the shoreline.
Location: underwater ( Seraline )
Properties: Allows water breathing kitsu to breath on land if pocketed in the cheeks of kitsu.
Spiral Pod
A fungus known for it's spiral small shape when stepped on it releases a small wave of spores that puff out. Inhalation of the spores can cause some twitching for a short period of time. The skin of the pod can be cooked and eaten if cooked at a low temperature in oil. It is very popular to eat in the fall. It is hard to harvest and drain the spores without popping the skin which is said to ruin the flavor it takes time, a narrow needle and steady paw to prepare this for consumption.

Spring Tea Tree
A medium sized tree that can be found in varied terrain it blooms with small white blossoms for a short period of three weeks. When the tree is in bloom the blossoms are harvested and brewed into a popular tea. Blossoms can be dried to keep for longer however it said the tea tastes the best when harvested and used while the flowers are still in bloom on the trees. Berries formed after blooming are to small to be a feasible food however are very popular with birds.

Strangle weed
A strangle weed is not a weed but a kind of mold that is common to most all farms. It starts as a small fluff born unto the wind but it quickly grows out hiding out on the base of plants like soft small fuzz that spreads up the plant and molding the plant and fruit. When this plague of a mold comes to a farm it has been known to cause the burning and loss of whole harvests.

Strainvein
Strainvien is a delicate twining vine that has a ruby stem and leaves that glimmer like gems in different hues based on the soil it grows in. It is grown for it’s beauty and used in many decorations. They are short lived but considered high value as the leaves can be ground and dried into many high value dyes that keep their luster when mixed with wine when using to dye fabrics.

Solemn Promise
The flower grows in a variety of place in almost any kind of light and temperature. It comes in a whole array of colors and can fade from one color to another from red, green, yellow, pink, soft blue, and vibrant blue and some of which bloom so rare they only appear in stories. It is said this flower blooms in places where one has pleaded an oath with all their soul.

Properties: It is very popular to place flowers near graves or in places that hold deep remembrance to kitsu. The plant has small petals that once plucked and the plant dries can scatter to the breeze making beautiful scenery for many weddings and memorials. The stem with leaves has a natural curl around the plant making it easy to twin around paws and tails and ears.
Soul Rot
Soul Rot is a weeping plant that can grow up to three feet in height that has long slender leaves that often sweep the ground in a breeze. The leaves hold a poison that causes respiratory depression if consumed while the stem holds a less potent version.

Tabit
Tabit plant has bright colored berries that are very small in size but are very toxic to kitsu. They can be eaten by some birds and other creatures without issue however to kitsu they cause decreased urination, flank pain and vomiting if taken for a prolonged period of time if not stopped when these symptoms are noticed the kitsu will die of poisoning, other symptoms may include hearing heartbeat in the ears and large headaches that will stretch on for days at a time these symptoms are not as common but will appear before flank pain. Over a short time less effects will be notable however a very dry mouth after ingestion and a small bitter taste that appears under the tongue can be noted which are the warning signs of these berries.

Terieck
A wide leafed pant that grows up to a foot tall and shines in any kind of light. The plant is often found near mountains or areas where rich silver or other metal are high in concentration. Despite it's fragile look the plants roots run very deep sapping the land of precious minerals which end up deposited in is leaves giving them a shining reflective look. if the minerals in an area are removed the plant will loose shine over time and eventually go dormant or die.
Location: mountains and other areas with lots of precious minerals
Properties: Decoration, miners use to help gauge the land.
Thalk Bush
A bush that grows up to 6ft height and can grow larger but is often trimmed down at this point. It blooms small green blossoms in early spring and has a root system that spreads out far and wide. The plants are often grown in fields. While the leaves are not edible the roots can be dug up and boiled. Once boiled they can be eaten.
Location: Athas, Torran
Properties: Food. The branches tend to be thin up to a quarter of an inch an can be trimmed and used for basket weaving. Farmers and merchants like to use this plant as the roots will keep well during travel until boiled and the baskets woven from the plants tend to keep for at least two to three years before drying out and becoming fragile
