How to Play Games​

Games are the primary way to raise your r0d3nts stats. Every player can play one game per day per forum, but each r0d3nt may only participate in one game per day. For a general overview of how games work in the shop, please consult our Notion Games Guide.

Permanent Games​

On Basilisk Stew we have a premiant thread for each of our three standard games. Those games are:

• Tunnel Tube Maze (Smarts-Based Puzzle Placement Game)
• Snack-a-Cheese (Speeds-Based Target Game)
• Test Your Strength (Strength-Based Press-Your-Luck Game)

Each game has it's own rules, explained in the first posts. You play the games by making posts in those threads.

Vs Games​

Players may also participate in games in direct opposition with each other. Each player may engage in as many Vs Games as they want in a given day, but they may only Vs the same player once per week. Vs Games do not count against a player's daily game limit, although they do count against a r0d3nt's daily game use.

To play a Vs Game on Basilisk Stew, you and your opponent must agree to a set of rules that will lead to a single player victory. One player will then make a new thread in the Vs Games subforum, with the title format of "[VS] Player v Player". You may add additional text after that start if you would like (such as "[VS] Lirilei v Andraia: Battle for the Cheese). The rules for the game need to be stated clearly in the first post. After that, how you run the game is entirely in your own hands!

Each new VS game should be made in a new thread, even if it's the same combination of players.
