Main Thread
We at Pandora's Realm are looking for a dedicated staff team. We are looking mostly for artists but I know we could use a few good clerical personnel to keep all the little things running. Before you go to submit your application, I'd like to go over a few Items in regards on how we are going to run our business and community that all staff need to agree to. Please read this in its entirety: You may apply for multiple positions. We are looking for familiarity with the shop and current shop lore so we all know what we can and cannot do in lore. Full time and Part time colorists will be allowed to take RLC once everything is set up. It will be limited and still looked over as much, if not more, as all regular customs and freebies. You need discord and be willing to join Basilisk Stew. You will be put on a 60 day trial. During this trial we will be looking at the continuing quality of work, cohesiveness with in staff, and availability. During this time you can take customs with minor edits and below and make premades for events. however, you cannot lead an event until you come off your trial. All creations must be approved. Expect critique from time to time even if its just pointing out minor errors. We have a channel for this process. You cannot drop off anything without approval. You will be reprimanded if this happens and could lead to further actions if it continues. You can edit your entry up until the closing of hiring.

Hiring Positions
- Lore Master (1-2)
- Template Colorists (?)
- Edited Colorists (3-?)
- 3 premade inhabitants a month
- minimum 2 customs and or 1 breeding a month
- This must be completed before any RLC can be sold
- You must be able to edit at least hair. Our lines are templated so you must be comfortable erasing unneeded lines and merging them.
- To request the lines to apply, please DM ShadowBracer#3417 on discord. or Message here.
- You must color three examples, with 2 being edited in some way.
- You must then "breed" at least two of those Foxes to make two "children."
- We are looking for some understanding of edit levels.
- Color the lines.
- Cleanly crop the excess space and resize to 50%
