Here is a list of all Known items and their uses. Some items won't have a use right away, others need to be appraised by Zeke or Tyson (Depending on what the item is) to determine what its use is.

Beginner's Sack:	With this sack you can carry up to 5 items on you up and up to a stack of 10 of each of those items can fit in this bag	Quests
Pokedollars:	Pokedollars are the currency of the world, they are used to purchase items in game or other necessities.	Art/Rp redemption, Quests, Drop
Potion:	Heals 15 hp to a pokemon who uses it.	Quests, Purchase
Rare Candy:	Used to raise your pokemon's level by 1	Art/Rp redeption
Revive:	Instantly revives a pokemon to half hp when you faint.	Quests, Purchase
Rock:	A plain old rock, bring to Zain to get it broken open, there may be something inside it.	Gathering, Drop
