[META] Week Two - Hunting Game Signup!

Holding signups in a separate thread this time, so as to not clutter the ORP. Week Two's prompt will be a hunting game! Every day, five cats may go on a hunting patrol for the wandering clan. Please post the form below if you are interested in playing.

The rules for the hunting game are as follows:

• Please use the form listed below, filling out all portions. Day Preference is particularly important.
• If you sign up and do not do your part on your selected day, your rolls will count as auto failed.
• You may enter with up to three cats, but only one cat per owner may hunt per day. So if you signed up with Onestar, Twopelt, and Threetoes, one could hunt Saturday, one Sunday, and one Monday, but not all three on Saturday. Removing this to fill slots.
• Apprentices and Elders may enter, but they will be using different rules, please be aware and use the correct forms.
• Only cats MountainClan cats who chose to leave may signup and participate in this game.
