Cutter looked forward every season for any challenge that could put him and his older brother up against each other. His older brother was a cocky bunny and cutter had a softer, nicer disposition. It was this difference in the two he felt fueled the constant intense competition. He genuinely loathed his brother most of the time. He didn't understand how he could be so cocky, so full of himself.

Cutter had lived most if not all of his life in his brother's shadow, this was only echoed recently when they both challenged the champion at the farmhouse. He had lost miserably, and while Creep had lost as well, Creep had managed to squeak out a win in around. Cutter was eager for this challenge, he had trained harder at the Barn than his brother. This year he would not lose the whirlygig challenge. He geared himself up, crouching how and jumping up, barely missing in mid-air. He started to get nervous, glancing over to his brother he couldn't help but wonder how he would stack up. Another leap, another whirlygig miss. 'You can't lose this' he reminded himself.

Creep hopped into the clearing he knew the whirlygigs came from he was eager for the Challenge! Not that his brother was much competition. He gave Cutter a side-eye scowling a bit. He would have to do, it wouldn't be as much of a thrill as beating Ford in his speed round, or even loosing barely at the agility trial. He was fairly confident that his little brother would make another fool of himself as he had in his strength challenge. "Alright, go!" he gave the command to start and with that, he would not look at his brother again.

His vision tunnelled he watched the path of the whirlygig's falling, his brain started to work in overtime, he knew exactly when to leap he would not miss, he crouched low letting the tension and energy build up in him his back legs trembled ready to release the energy into a vertical leap. He let it go and up he soared vertically into the air directly at his target. He snatched it with his paws holding it close to his chest. He never missed. "You'll have to do better than that little brother if you stand a chance in beating me." He chuckled waving the whirlygig in his brothers face. Oh, how he did love to gloat.

Cutter's top lip pulled up into a sneer, at his brothers gloating. He couldn't have rolled his eyes harder if he had tried, he felt they may get stuck that way. "We get it you caught one, don't go getting cocky brother the game has just started!" Not that telling him not to get cocky has ever worked in their entire lives. Cutter knew that he had to win this round, it wasn't a matter of whether or not he would he knew he HAD to. He couldn't lose to this disgusting gloating. He had to show his brother that he wasn't this invincible bun that he seemed to think. Cutter had hoped that by losing the challenge would have given him some humility, but it seemed that Creep had been unphased by it. That was okay, he would show him!

Cutter had watched his brother last round so he had seen Creep take the time to analyze where they were going to fall. so cutter knew if he was quick and he was sure, that he could win the round before his brother even tried to jump. His brother may be sure, and steady and smart, but the smarts could be his downfall. If Cutter was quicker he could be the winner here and he would finally have something to gloat about.

"I got one!"

Creep snickered at his brother before snorting and bursting into full-on laughter, he loves nothing more than to get under his brother's skin. He knew how much he annoyed him, and how much that got into his head. He had often used this as a way to push his buttons and it always gave him an edge, not that he needed one. His brother was inferior to him, he reminded himself. he wasn't even a challenge rather a pitty game. He felt bad for him. That was why they were here today. 'Don't you forget that' he thought in his head toward his brother.

He was ready for the next round. "Ready, go!" He looked up, again his mind racing about where they are going to fall. He saw the patterns play in his head, little threads to the ground he picked one, he knew he could intercept and geared up to jump when he heard cutter exclaim, "I got one" Creep whirled around that couldn't be right. There is no way his brother got one before him. "No way show me!" He hopped over his brows furrowing. 'this can't be happening!' the voice shouted in his head.

Cutter smiled at his brothers face; the confusion, the disappointment, the anger, it was all there. It was almost too good to be true he looked down he had in fact won that round, and it would all come down to right now. Cutter felt a bit of hesitation, could he do it again? Now that his brother knew his strategy could he pull it off again? He shook his head as if trying to shake out any doubt, he was going to make his brother eat his words, he was going to show him he wasn't some little bunny to be bossed around. Not. Any. More.

Cutter awaited the go signal and jumped he knew it had to be done quickly. Of course, he had to try to be precise but this was really a game of speed when it came to his brother, his brother if given the time would never miss. At least, Cutter had never seen him miss before. This put a lot of pressure on this one jump.

He flew through the air his paws holding a whirlygig delicately as if it was something precious, "I did it! I finally beat you"

Creep was annoyed and his mind was racing was there something he had missed? How could he have been beaten? He never missed. He was always so sure, this time he decided he would just go with his gut, no time for calculations his brother had shown him that he hadn't the time for that. "Okay.. go!" he said through gritted teeth the anger in him rising.

He looked up into the air, no time for calculations! He picked one and geared himself up, and jumped. A smile started to creep onto his face, which fell into absolute horror as he opened his paws during the fall and realized he had missed. He had not been accurate, and he knew at that moment that he would pay for that. Hitting the ground with a thud he heard his brother's cheerful voice. "I did it!" but it was the last words that seemed to echo in his ears haunting him. "beat you, beat you.... beat you."

Creep shook his head this couldn't be right. "It must have been a fluke. Let's go again! You just got lucky."
