Elemental Assault
Luna pranced as she followed a Mentor mage, Kitsu out into the fire lands. It was hot, and uncomfortable, bringing a lot of discomfort, so much where when they found a spot to train, they levitated to cool her paws off some, watching her mentor. Today she was going to learn Elemental Assault, Fire edition. She was ready for it too. First her mentor showed her some of the lovely effects it could give off, then showed her the moves to cast such a spell. He knew it would take him a few repeated actions to let it go to Luna's head, since they weren't the brightest.
As soon as Luna saw the fire though, they were hooked. Placing their paws on the ground, they positioned themselves, and went through the motions, just as their mentor showed them. It was fun and it was like dancing, but like on hot coals. They didn't mind the burning sensation, they were having fun and that's what mattered. Bits of laughter came from them, each time they failed, and wonder from their eyes as small sparks came from each attempt at the flames.
Once they finally got the hang of it, it was a natural motion to them as they hummed to themselves with joy, casting their first Elemental Assault of fire. It was a great achievement, as they jumped for joy, hugging their mentor as they celebrated their success. It was only the beginning, now equipped with their first spell, they couldn't wait to learn more.
