While peafowl are most famous for their large, colorful tails, it’s best to remember that they have way more going for them than just that. Some of them don’t even have tails at all, which makes for some really self conscious explanations. Trying to get to know the bird for the bird - not for the feathers! - is more polite, okay?

The spider’s more chitinous cousin, the speet is an arboreal citizen with heavy plating and an often sunny disposition. Regarded by some outsiders as frightening, speets are really just built to deal with the elements; their tough shells help prevent bug bites and water loss, and their multiple arms make it easy peasy to climb through the trees! See, not scary at all, right?

Pomani

Pomani are a strange bunch; they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, but identify as the same race! While new pomani in Animalia are created by the Wells like proper citizens, the first ones in the land arrived in weird, egg-shaped capsules! They all popped out while researchers were trying to understand what those hefty, massive eggs were - after all, everyone knows there shouldn't be anything inside an egg but tasty food!

Raccoons
Native to: Big City

Sometimes getting an unfair reputation for being greedy trash hounds, most raccoons will tell you they're just trying to make a living like anyone else. From all accounts, that seems to be true, as they can be found in all walks of life - from gardening tool vendors to real estate moguls, raccoons can do it all, given enough practice and hard work, of course!

Spritz
Native to: Sandy Ridge

A native of the heated expanse of Sandy Ridge, spritz are a relatively new sort of citizen to see wandering around. They only started showing up when an excavation unearthed a cache of ancient pottery - weird, right? Many of those old pieces are now refurbished homes to these unique citz, who carry the unique ability to squish themselves comfortably down into itty bitty spaces - like into a teapot or lamp! Despite weird rumors, spritz insist they really can't grant wishes - do they look like a Well to you?!
