Roam is potentially looking to add a couple more people to the team! We have openings for design staff and moderation staff. Design staff dream up and create new Tekulma designs and moderation staff keep the game rolling! If you're interested please see below for detail about each position!
Design Staff
Designers create new characters, and some make new character traits as well. This is an art based position, so we're looking for someone with a style and skill level that will compliment our current team. The ability to do edits is not required, but is beneficial. We're looking for friendly, flexible folks who have a great eye for colour and design. It's also a bonus if you're active on DeviantArt and are intersted in posting your completed Tekulma there too! We're also looking for folks who want to be active in our community! In order to remain a designer you must produce 6 non-RLC characters per three month season. Designers are also able to earn RLC slots. This position is compensated in site credit, staff credit for characters and RLC. Designers receive 90% of site credit from your sales and 70% of RLC.

Moderation Staff
Our moderators process game data for us and update characters! They also help keep things chatty and active on our Discord. For this position we're looking for folks who are willing to dedicate at least six hour a month to working at Roam. We're on the look out for people with keen attention to detail, friendly demeanors and good problem solving skills. This role primarily involves processing moderation requests. Ideally we'll primarily be recruiting this position from people who are beta testing! Other duties will include assisting with events, running small games and chatting in our Discord! This position will compensate in staff credit for characters, site currency gratuities, as well as USD gratuities.
