Past the reaches of MountainClan Territory, in the foothills of the Red Mountains lies a strange place known as The Settlement. No cat knows why the Two Legs moved here, but ever since their arrival, things have just been getting worse. It started small. Just a few nests here and there. Then the Monsters came, large ones that stole the trees. More and more nests started to spread out over the hills. The dammed up the river, expanding the lake, flooding ecosystems while depriving others. To most, it would be a terrible place to live.

But with each group of Two Legs comes a Kittypet, and Kittypets sometimes run away. Over time, the cat population in this area has taken root. It may be rough, but to them, it's home.

While The Settlement is not as big as The Suburbs, it shares many of its dangers. The Two Legs seem to fence in their larger work nests rather than their private ones, leaving dogs to roam the dirt roads. Thankfully, most of the Two Legs here don't seem to worry about the cats they may see running around. They've got work to do.

Settlement Encounters
  1. Battle Encounter (Rat Pack)
  2. Battle Encounter (Guard Dog)
  3. DANGER!! (a loner doesn't have access to cat healers and the twolegs of the settlement are far from friendly, going so far as to throw things at cats to keep them at bay from their dens, other predators lurk in the area too... it's a hard life out here! Roll 1d20 and on a 13 or higher you're able to live another day. On a 12 or lower, your character is entered into the Death Raffle.)
