About:
Wandering the Path is a Nomadic hoard that was created by Kaito and Keilei as their family grew and they decided to travel the world.
At first the members will just be their family, and a few others but I do want to recruit members for the hoard along the way either for certain legs of the journey or permanently.
After all it is safer to travel to far off places in a larger group then solely.
As new things pop up and new places are discovered by other their travels will constantly continue.
The hoard will always eat together to make sure each Tourac is fed.
If a hoard member falls sick ill or gets injured the hoard will stop and rest until that Tourac is ready to move again.
If a Tourac dies on their journey the group will burry the Tourac on their journey and Kaito will make a spot of their grave on his map so that the hoard can revisit them again later.

Goals:
To make a map of the realm
To visit all the places mentioned in Locations
To create a travel guide of each place they visit and distribute the knowledge it on their journey
To Discover new places for Tourac to visit

Commerce:
The wandering path will gather things along their journey and this is what they use to trade when they arrive a places to restock needed supplies for the continued journey. Everything they gather or hunt along the way collectively belongs to the hoard.

Hoard Roles:

Leaders: (Kaito and Keilei) These are the Tourac who lead the group from place to place and decide were to go next.

Council Members: (Will fall on Kaito and Keilei's kids if they wish to stay) These are the Tourac who are leaders of the specific roles below they are in control of their roles activities and report any conflicts to the Leaders of the group. They also communicate with other council members to coordinate what each group needs from the other groups.

(Leaders - 2 - Kaimani & )
Gatherers: These tourac usually scout ahead and gather food, herbs or other things on the path needed for the group. Often times they will bring back unique things for the crafters to work with.

(Leaders - 2 - Poli'ahu )
Hunters: These Tourac will hunt local critters food often accompanying the gatherers for part of their scouting trips. These tourac are often good trackers and will also assist the guards in their duties when food is plentiful.

(Leaders - 2 Kailua & )
Crafters: These tourac take things found on their journey either from places or from nature and create new things they can sell or barter with along their journey for the needed necessities. These tourac can also accompany gatherers to help them look unique items.

(Leaders - 2 - Tetsuya & )
Guards: These tourac take turns guarding the hoard, often times accompanying the gatherers as they travel away from the group keeping them safe and out of trouble.

(Leaders - 2 - Jun & )
Caretakers: These tourac take care of the young born on the journey and make sure they are properly looked after. These tourac are also considered the healers of the group and often know of medicine and natural herbs and help take care of the injured.

(More roles could be added later as the group gets bigger)

I'm always open to extra plots or interactions the group could have so if you have an idea please let me know!

Planned Journey

The Hoard will start its journey from Kairoa traveling first through the seeping woods to its sister city Saro then heading East , the hoard will then go south and the West to loop back around going North.

During their journey the group will try to find either bodies of water to camp near or rives/streams to follow so that they always have a source of fresh water. This may impede on their journey or make it longer then intended but their goal is survival during their travels.
Part 1: Beginnings
  • Recruitment in Kairoa City - This is where Kaito and his family will try to recruit a couple of Tourac for their herd. Either for part of the journey or as permanent members.
  • Preparation for the Journey - This will be a rp gathering those who have decided to venture with them as the group prepares to head through the woods.
  • Departure - Heading to Saro - A rp where a couple of instances will happen on there way to the sister city. This will take the group at least a week of travel if not more depending on the instances and weather.
  • Arrival at Saro - The group will spend a week or two here bartering for supplies and recruiting other members. Maybe even tasting some local delicacies and mapping out the best spots. The group will settle on the outskirts of the city while gathers and hunters provide for the hoard in rotations. At Saro the group will then decide which route to continue on
Part 2: The Journey East
