When is site reset?

Asking publicly for the sake of others as well as my own sanity lmao.
So I know there's a 100 credits per day limit, but I'd like to know when the day rolls over?

Okay, so, the site was running on UTC time, which was a mistake (I forgot to re-adjust the timezone after an OS installation, lol). It is now running on Central time so all resets should occur at midnight CST/CDT.
