Noting that you can't use Azula (as the rank up was a bug fix - they were never supposed to be starter), and you can't use Wahlberct because they're *amateur* (so you can use that as a freebie for going from Amateur -> Ace!) but the combo of Hokulani + one RP works for the old reqs!
