Current Openings

Open but a little slow | RLC customs always open​

My customs thread will remain open for forms at all times. Check the thread title for if I'm open to customs at the moment, although I am always open to RLC customs.​

General Rules

Follow all Basilisk Stew and Starfall rules​

This thread is PWYW​

• There are no set prices. You may offer BS credits, at any amount, or RLC.
• RLC will receive priority, and would be greatly appreciated. I have a day job, and any additional funds will help me continue to pay bills more comfortably and give me more time to work on Starfall consistently.
• Art trades will be taken on occasion, contact me directly if you're interested in a trade.

Payment​

• Payment is required to be sent within one week after a pet is taken on. Work on the pet will not start until payment has been sent, and if payment is not sent within one week your custom slot will be forfeit.
• RLC payment will be taken via Ko-fi. Please let me know if you're unable to pay via this method.

Companions​

• $10 USD - Unedited
• $15 USD - Edited

Blindboxes​

• $25 USD - You provide no input and pet can be from Unedited to Heavily Edited

Semi-Custom​

• $30 USD - Unedited
• $40 USD - Minor-Moderate Edits
• $50 USD - Heavy Edits

Custom​

• $35 USD - Unedited
• $45 USD - Minor-Moderate Edits
• $55+ USD - Heavy Edits, depends on complexity, typically will be higher for cosplay

Twins​

• +$5 USD - Companions
• +$10 USD - Blindboxes
• +$15 USD - Semi-Custom & Custom, Recolor only
• +$20 USD - Custom with slightly different markings or edits
• +$35-55+ - Custom with drastically different markings or edits

I am able to make pets of every edit level, breed, or companion ​

• I do like variety though, I won't always take every extremely edited pet or crazily patterned pets.

Know that anything I make may have a template made from it​

• Things like ears, tails, wings, eyes, hair, etc. I'm usually pretty decerning or specific about what will be templated. The Koshin have set ideas for their breeds, but some things might be snuck in if they fit the theme.

One form per post​

• You may post as many forms as you'd like, like I said above, I like variety.
• If your form is taken on by another colorist, please remove the form. I am not responsible for keeping track of your forms for you, or if you have a double pet made due to not taking the form down.
• Keep your forms updated, if you no longer want to get the pet remove the form.
• Forms that have been taken on will be spoilered, and your username will be at'ed.

Streaming​

• I may sometime stream pets being worked on over Discord, and possibly Twitch in the future. If you'd like to see your pet streamed, let me know. I live in PST and do not get off work until 6pm.

What I can do​

• I'm the line artist for every pet here in Starfall, and I can draw a large variety of subjects. Although, I'm always learning. I have serious Aphantasia, so visual references are appreciated. However, I can and have done many commissions based entirely on text descriptions. I might ask you more questions with text descriptions, but it's not a problem for me.

Likes​

• A challenge!
• Youkai of all kinds
• Pokemon, Digimon, fun little monsters in general
• Japanese and/or East Asian themes
• Pastel Goth
• Rainbow colors, dark, regular, neon, and pastel
• Half and half colored pets
• Cool toned palettes, both colored and grayscale

Dislikes​

• Clashing colors, for example: dark olive green and bright orange, where the contrast is stark and personally not a color combo I enjoy
• Mecha, I can do some but it's not my forte for drawing
• Complex armor, I'm still working on armor in general
• Designs that are absolutely covered head to toe in edits, down to the tiniest chains and baubles. Those designs take a very long time to do right, and I would like to be paid RLC for that level of work.
