If you want your pony able to RP, breed, or participate in the shop they must be certed. @sharkberrypizza is the certist and the one you'll contact if you have any questions about your cert. Please read the rules and use the correct forms or you risk your cert request being ignored.
Only the owner should post for a singular pony.
Only the owner should be posting for a pony to be certed. If someone will be out of town for a few days and unable to cert their pony they can just do so when they return. We do not allow other people to enter a pony for certing, as the wrong name may be chosen or information may become muddled.
Every pony must have a seasonal alignment.
Seasonal alignments are a feature of the shop and every pony has one. The alignment does not have to fit their parents, nor does it have to fit the region they're from. Sometimes, seasonal alignments are inconvenient. A dragon with extra thick fluff might be a summer alignment, which makes things awkward for them, but that's the fun of alignments! You decide!
Names can duplicate. Try and be polite, though.
Names can and might duplicate. We might have two Sunflower's or three Richard's. That's okay. But if a name is incredibly unique, like Sunset Flora, try and consider not duplicating that name. You can use Sunset, or Flora, but it'd be pretty difficult to find a pony in their world with the exact same two part name, right?
You do not need to follow the MLP standard.
While we started out as a MLP fan shop, M4S is also it's own creation. It has unique lore, unique breeds, and we don't even use cutiemarks anymore. The style of the shop resembles the way those ponies existed (in a human-esque fashion) and similar art style. As a result, you can name your pony anything.
Don't post incomplete forms or ??? names.
Growing doesn't rely on certing. Your character will grow regardless if you cert or not, so there's no reason to put ??? for a name. If you don't have a name yet, please don't enter them for certing. The entire form must be completed upon requesting a cert or it'll be ignored.
Give it a week before inquiring why your cert isn't dropped.
While we try and keep up on certs, sometimes RL comes up. Give it a week from your request date before asking where your cert is.
You must have the official url from our server.
The url from our server provides information the certist needs to cert. Do not use your personal urls from any other hosting site. Use our server url.
Edit your posts.
Do not post back to back each time with a new pony or batch of ponies, unless your previous post has been marked with an emoji.
