How did they meet?: They were dating the same pony at the same time, both of them believing they were monogamous with said pony. When things came to a head and they both confronted the 3rd pony, said pony ran from them both, and they blame each other for the "loss of their love" and usually resort to butting heads constantly. It's not beneath either one of them to insult the other for looks, attitude, or just in general try to find fault with one another to prove they were the better match for the 3rd pony.​

What is their relationship?: Spiteful towards one another, for sure. I mean, if they HAVE to be in the same room, they'll try to act like the other isn't there. But the other pony has to KNOW they're being ignored, so they make sure they KNOW they're there, otherwise what is the point?​

​

Plot plans if won: Possible jealous plots when one starts trying to go out with someone new, making both realize they were jealous of the wrong pony all along? This could go any number of ways. XD​

How did they meet?: These two were childhood friends, their small reclusive towns surprisingly close to one another. They were both rather adventurous and always looking for fun, which is how they came across one another as foals. They were inseparable, and still are, even after everything they went through.​

​

What is their relationship?: These two, as stated above, are childhood friends. They were incredibly close as foals, even having crushes on one another well into their adulthood. Nowadays, it’s almost like a tip toe around the other, to avoid bringing up any of the bad things that happened to them. Instead they try to focus on the positive things, and do their best to help one another at all times. Ebony (the Kelain) is much more clingy around Samara (the Dullahan) than they were as kids, though Samara seems to have been able to coax Ebony slowly into doing more things independently.​

Plot plans if won:
- Childhood friends who grew incredibly close
- Fell in love even though they were just foals
- Ebony (Kelain) found out that he was to be arranged to marry another Kelain by the name of Krystal, a very pretty pale colored Kelain to compliment his dark colors.
- Ebony and Samara both did not like this, but there was not much Ebony could to to speak out against his parents
- As they grew older, and Ebony was forced to spend more time with Krystal, he saw Samara less and less
- Eventually Ebony was married to Krystal, but began to sport small bruises or hide himself in baggy clothing
- Samara picked up on something foul going on and tried to confront Krystal, but was just brushed aside as if nothing was wrong
- Ebony’s brother Nyx noticed these things as well, and began to talk with Samara to try to figure out what was happening
- Eventually, Ebony and Krystal had a child, and Ebony focused more and more of his time on the foal, trying to redirect Krystal’s negative moods more towards himself and less towards the foal
- This continued for several years, until finally, Krystal and the foal vanished
- There was no trace of where they went or what happened to them, but because Samara and Nyx had been so unsupportive of Krystal and Ebony, eyes turned to them
- Samara was the number one suspect as being more vocal against Krystal, and as she had no proof of where she was, nor that she didn’t hurt the other ponies, she was taken into custody
- Ebony was left alone in his house, childless, wifeless, and loveless
- Nyx came every day to try to get Ebony to eat and come out, but he just wouldn’t
- Every day, Nyx also fought for Samara, and eventually was able to find out that Krystal and the foal had moved across Everchange, and had even found a new family
- Samara was released and allowed home, and the first thing she did was visit Ebony
- Ebony was beyond relieved but had a hard time trusting Samara at first, though these walls broke down incredibly quickly
- Ebony and Samara were reunited after a couple years of Samara being locked away, and are trying to make up for lost time​

How did they meet?: They met one another at a cafe. Dshien Deepvolt was new to town and didn’t know any pony so went to a local cafe he found online there he sat next to Aurora Black and they started to talk over time they got to know one another​

What is their relationship?: The pair started as strangers merely sharing a seat next to one another and that lead to a nice chat here and there as Dshien kept coming back to the cafe and Aurora seeming to have always found the perfect seat ahead of him. While their chats started benile and small Aurora slowly opened up just a bit and now the two are tentative friends. Perhaps they could be more but time will tell.​

How did they meet?: They have grown up together since babyhood​

What is their relationship?: They are friends that might have been lovers if fate had not tied them up the way it did.​

Loose story: These two grew up on a small island off the coast of the Melting Point Mountains. It is rich in soil and prosperous with lush vegetation. It is close enough to the border that it isn't teribbly hot, but it is known for its warm temperatures and humidity. ​

​

It is said the small volcano that resides on the island erupted a little over 300 years. Ever since then, the village has adopted sacrifices every generation. Their sacrifices are a little different though. Every generation, two pairs of both sex are born. Each of the pairs had markings and colors that represented both the flowing lava, and the billowing smoke that comes with it. These two pairs grow up knowing that they are bound to fight the other pair to the death. The winning pair then being sacrificed to the volcano to show they offer the best of the best of their population in sacrifice to appease the volcano god.​

​

Things have changed with this pair though. They went through the training and knowledge of what their live's meant to the village, but they have chosen life and their friendship over the stupid stories their village has come to believe. They found a sympathetic friend in a hermit on the other side of the island and are now on their way across the sea to Mainland Everchange. They are 100% sure the other pair will be sent to hunt them down, but they are willing to take the risk. They also knew the other pair had not been planning to follow the rules of their soon to be challenge. The opposing pair was vile and rotten. ​

These two are now on a search to find someone who could explain to the villagers that their new religion is false and does nothing to appease the volcano. ​

​

Will they make it to land? If they do, can they escape the crazy opponents they face who refuse to play by the rules? If they manage to slip through long enough to find someone who can save their island, can they make it back in time before another generation is born to replace them?​

How did they meet?: Our Kelain, Opalescent Dreams, met Euphonic Blitz through his twin brother. Opal's twin, Reminiscent Dreams met the Dullahan and the two fell in love immediately and Rem brought her back to the family to live in their hometown and live as a large family unit. Opal wasn't too fond of this new change. Up until this point he and his twin had done everything together. They'd never branched out or shown interest in other ponies, but suddenly his brother goes out on a walk and comes back with a mate so quickly?! Impossible! He wouldn't stand for it!​

​

What is their relationship?: Opalescent Dreams and Euphonic Blitz are in-laws... or they were in-laws until recently. When they were in-laws, they didn't get along. Worse than a stereotypical mother-in-law, Opal would breathe down his twin's neck about anything he did. He hated seeing Blitz' face around and ihe went out of his way to make life troublesome for her. It pushed his twin away, but he couldn't stand it! She must be some sort of witch, who fed his twin a love potion of some sort! He couldn't understand the pressure that he'd been putting on Rem this entire time... the pressure that made his twin leave Opal's side and come back with someone else who made him laugh. Opal couldn't begin to understand, finding it easier to be indignant and to take it out on his twin's new mate in his building frustration.

Frustration that all but deserted him after the accident. No one knows how the fire started. Some thought it was the alicorn of pyromania playing a cruel prank on their little family community. Many were able to escape, Opalescent and Blitz among them... but not Reminiscent. They never did find a body nor any trace of him. Opal's family stopped searching after the first week, but Opal continued to search the remains of their tiny village for his twin. The only one that helped him search was Blitz.

In their mourning and desperation to find any sign of what happened to their loved one they began to grow close. Opal started to show that he wasn't a heartless monster, but someone that loved Rem just as much as Blitz did. Blitz was able to explain that she'd known Rem longer than a day. That they'd been meeting on walks away from their family groups for a long time and that they'd fallen in love, allowed to be a version of themselves that they couldn't show anyone back home. She loved him so much she'd left behind everything she'd known to be with her lover. Opal felt guilt, he felt loss and eventually, he was able to apologize.

Now, while they may no longer be in-laws, they are as close as family can get. Closer than they ever considered possible before, they confide in each other with secrets and have moved on together, ready to take on the world and knowing that they'll have one another's backs if anything more should come up.​

*Wing Pony - Blitz has started to explore the world of romance since losing her first love. She's nervous about getting back into it, but luckily Opal is there to invite her out dancing and is more than happy to chat up the stallion in the corner of the room on his bestie's behalf.

* Pyromania Palooza - In hopes of discovering the cause of the fire and perhaps to gain some closer, Blitz and Opal will try to track down Mayhem, the alicorn of pyromania, to see if he had any involvement in the tragedy that struck their town...And if he did, to get an apology from him for the pain that he caused.

* Spectral Stranger - Blitz comes to Opal for help. She feels like she's being followed and she's frightened. Opal offers her security, but now he's feeling eyes on him whenever he goes out too. Once he turned around and saw a flash of white... Eek! Is it a ghost!?

* Reunited - The mysterious ghost reveals himself... It's Reminiscent! With light to shed on his disappearance after the fire, he's come to reunite with his loved ones. But neither Opal or Blitz are sure how to act now that Rem's back in the picture. Will they return to the normal lives they knew before the fire? Will Opal and Blitz stay just as close as they have been. Or will Rem's appearance wedge a gap between the two friends?​

How did they meet?:​

They were childhood friends as their families were close. The Kelains moved because they were cautious about the magical drain on the area. The kids lost touch until as adults they ran into each other at a geology convention. They were both pretty nerdy at this point in their lives and had similar interests in rocks and gems. After the convention they went to a bar to catch up and reminisce on old times.​

What is their relationship?:​

They are business partners and friends. Their time together has lead to them strengthening their bond.​

Their plan to start a business together came from a flurry of creative drunkenness. Once sober, they realized it could work.

The basis of their business is to tell fortunes with as much pomp and pyrotechnics as is safe and allowable in a commercial area of town. The Kelain "tells" the fortune and handles the mystical aspect of the fortune telling, while behind the scenes the Dullahan handles the light show, incense, and fog machine.

A crystal ball is "possessed" by the Dullahan by passing the consciousness from their head to the ball. The Dullahan is sensitive to the Other Side and so can receive a "fortune" of sorts from that. In that respect, their business is legit. Otherwise it is set up like a show, with the importance being their ability to entertain their clients.

They tell fortunes with the crystal ball, but also tarot cards, hold seances, and read palms, all performed by the Kelain.

They sell trinkets like stones and crystals in the form of loose gems or jewelry. The hours are a bit strange, as the shop aspect of the business can't be open while a show is going on. Objects that have been prayed over or cleansed are labeled as such.​

How did they meet?: Both traveled to the same busy place after their breeds decided to join with the rest of society. They pursued their dreams and passions by bravely opening up art gallery consignment/supply shops... Right across from each other, apparently.​

​

What is their relationship?: Sworn enemies/competitors. There's romantic attraction on both ends but neither will act on it. Every once in a while one will try to play the seduction card but not in an obvious way that would point the finger at themself. The goal there being if the other responded they would use that fact as ammunition to torment. Playing with fire.

Kaleidoscope Lies (Kelain) started the feud by stealing from Helena Hue's (Dullahan's) shop and she retaliated in turn by cutting his store's lights. And it just continued going back and forth. She considered putting an end to it at one point until he completely crossed the line by stealing her HEAD! It was truly game on after that.​

​

Plot plans if won: Have fun sabotaging/pranking each other indefinitely along with scathing dialogue and no shortage of taunts. Could be possible that they eventually tire of it in which case they might join forces and combine shops. (But that's a maybe, not definite yet)​
