And the game begins! The game takes place outside, and each player is set beside their partner on a piece of cardboard. The foal counts down from 5, releasing a loud shout at the very last second to signal the release of the players. The woods surrounding is a safer bet than the makeshift Cornucopia made of blankets and cardboard, but valuable fake weapons and resources remain inside for the brave. While this isn't a real battle, everyone still wants to win, right?
Kisa, Katniss, Chey, Rano, Nat, Absol, PZM, Kovak, Bo, polliwoggi, Everest, and Thresh run from the Cornucopia, choosing to recollect and consider their battle plan elsewhere.
Nym takes a spear from inside the Cornucopia, securing a weapon for her team.
Naga rips a mace out of Reo's hands, securing a weapon for her team.
Rue and Jackariah fight over a bag. Jackariah makes the (likely wise) decision to retreat back to their teammate.
Mewsings stays at the Cornucopia for resources.
Revel takes a trident from inside the Cornucopia, securing a weapon for her team.
Josh snatches a bottle of alcohol and a rag (really, the alcohol is clear water with a shoddily written ALCOHOL label in permanent marker).
Weylin bashes Peeta's head against a rock multiple times. Well, actually, there's a lot of squirming and Weylin manages to shake Peeta's head, but for sake of the game, there's a ton of shouting involved.
Bello snags a first aid kit for her team.
Peeta has been eliminated.

Nat travels to higher ground to survey the surroundings. The caretakers aren't too pleased with her scaling their oldest tree.
Weylin discovers a small river.
Absol overhears Katniss and Kovak talking in the distance.
Nym sees smoke rising (what in the world are you guys doing) in the distance, but decides not to investigate.
Thresh chases Mewsings.
Bello and Kisa work together for the day.
Naga fishes.
Rue and PZM split up to search for resources. Scandalous-- playing with someone not from your team?!
Revel searches for firewood.
Josh searches for firewood.
Reo fishes.
Everest makes a wooden spear (careful now)!
Polli goes hunting.
Bo attacks Jackariah, but Zakiax protects her, killing Bo. Well, again, tons of shouting, but Zakiax totally won that fake fistfight.

"Night" falls (noted by the foal yelling HEY IT'S NIGHTTIME GUYS).
Rue destroys Josh's supplies while he sleeps. Rude.
Bello quietly hums.
Weylin goes to sleep. Everyone really wanted a nap, huh?
Kisa passes out from exhaustion. Guys-- it's been like 30 minutes.
PZM cries herself to sleep. :c
Everest, katniss, and Zakiax cheerfully sing songs together.
Chey, Mewsings, Nym, Jackariah, and Rano sleep in shifts.
Naga receives an explosive from an unknown sponsor. A caretaker immediately checks the brick with tape on it with a frown.
Revel thinks about winning.
Kovak receives a hatchet from an unknown sponsor.
Absol thinks about home.
Nat tends to Thresh's imaginary wounds.
Reo tries to sing herself to sleep.
Polli cries himself to sleep. :c

PZM begs for Bello to kill her (she has important stuff to do, she forgot!). Bello refuses-- they don't want that on their hands.
Kisa overhears Nym and Everest talking in the distance.

Weylin, Thresh, Absol, and Rue raid Jackariah's camp while she's hunting.
Kovak strangles Chey with a rope. I guess a soft cloth counts as rope. The caretakers aren't too pleased with the fake murder and chide Kovak for "being too rough". Oops.
Revel and Polli hunt for other tributes. Scary.
Katniss scares Naga off.
Josh attacks Zakiax, but she escapes.
Reo makes a wooden spear.
Chey has been eliminated from the game.

"ACTUALLY, IT'S NIGHT," the foal shouts, followed by the entire living crew groaning.
Rue and Everest hold hands. Cute!
Weylin cries himself to sleep, likely tired from all that rampaging earlier.
Katniss thinks about winning, forgetting they're an NPC.
Kisa, Jackariah, Absol, and Naga decide they don't want to play in the cold woods anymore and decide they're dead. Just like that. The foal seems annoyed.
Nym cries herself to sleep, probably tired, honestly.
Rano goes to sleep peacefully.
Revel sets up camp for the night.
Mewsings tends to her imaginary wounds.
Zakiax starts a fire, which is followed by frantic shouting from the caretakers because Zakiax actually started a real fire, oh my queens, stOP-
Nat is awoken by nightmares.
Josh and Reo run into each other and decide to form a truce for the night.
Kovak thinks about home.
Polli is unable to start a fire and sleeps without warmth.
Bello cooks her food before putting her fire out, unlike SOME people.
Thresh starts a fire. stop stOP STOP STOP-
PZM dies of dysentery. The foal decided this with a little giggle and chortle.
Kisa, Jackariah, Absol, PZM, and Naga are eliminated!

Kovak questions her sanity-- why is she rolling around in the cold woods listening to the demands of a foal? Ah, because it's fun, right.
Mewsings discovers a river. The same river Weylin did, but shhhh.
Polli makes a slingshot.
Everest discovers a cave. It's actually an abandoned shed the foals used to play in, but hey.
Zakiax makes a wooden spear.
Rue steals from Nym while she isn't looking.
Bello discovers the very same river.
Reo and Nat work together for the day.
Josh sees Weylin, says "Absolutely not", and runs away.
Katniss receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor.
Rano stabs Thresh while his back is turned. Sliding a fake wooden sword been their chest and armpit counts, right?
Revel travels to higher ground.
Thresh has been eliminated.

A caretaker enters the game long enough to wrap a red ribbon around a selected portion of the woods and warns the players not to pass the border or else they'll be asked kindly to leave the game. The foal takes this as an opportunist moment to shout: "GET IN THE CIRCLE OR YOU'RE DEAD."
Thinking they could escape the ribbon-making, Kovak and Everest attempt to run through the border together.
Rano trips on a tree root and is unable to recover fast enough.
Nym survives.
Josh, realizing Weylin has been stalking them since their encounter, restrains Weylin to a tree and leaves them to die.
Thinking they could escape, Poli and Nat attempt to run through the border together. They do not make it.
Thinking the same, Bello and Revel attempt to run through the border together. They do not make it.
And, again, Katniss and Zakiax attempt to run through the border together. They do not make it.
Mewsings trips on a tree root and is unable to recover fast enough.
Reo is "electrocuted" by the border, which she directly touches at the last second. The foal mimics the sound of electricity zapping to really sell the point.
Rue survives.
Reo, Mewsings, Zakiax, Katniss, Revel, Bello, Nat, Polli, Weylin, Rano, Everest, and Kovak are eliminated.

"NIGHTTIME!"
Josh is unable to start a fire (GOOD, stop burning their woods down!!) and sleeps without warmth.
Nym starts a fire. This is overkill-- no one needs a fire to survive the next few minUTES WHAT ARE YOU DOING.
Rue receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor. Really, it's the caretakers, who are scolding the foals for staying out past lunchtime.

The caretakers are kind ponies and set out food for the players at the makeshift Cornucopia. Except, it seems absolutely no one wants to lose this game (it's about pride, okay?).
Nym and Rue decided to refuse. Rue's fine, actually, but Nym is choosing to be stubborn.
Josh sobs while gripping a photo of his friends and family. If only Chexa was here... oh, the fires they could set together...
