Abilities or Talents are things one can do beyond the normal. Many of these effects are magic like and have no real explanation as to why or how they work. Such abilities are uncommon but only the truly ridiculous ones are hard to come by.
General idea of Minor Abilities would be things like spitting/propelling/generating small amounts of elemental energy such as a small fireball, jet of water, small rocks, gusts of air, eclectic shocks, ect. Minor healing, short range telepathy, lightweight telekinetic, ethereal 'hand/limbs', ect.
General idea of Major Abilities would be more impressive versions of any minor ability or things more strange and/or potent. Auras of healing, fears, ect that induce an actual effect to those in its range.
