Parents: Riot x ???
Personality: Weep has, and always has been, a very whiny child. If they're not crying over trying to keep up, they're crying about the fact the rest of the family would opt to leave them behind if they didn't come along. They do love their family with their entire heart [enough to cry about it, I'm sure] and wouldn't ever be embarrassed or feel awkward about their situation. Riot is sure to have his paws full, with them especially, but even through their tears they wouldn't run away if they ever encountered a problem. As they get older, they'll be less prone to emotional outbursts of course, but they will be very mindful of the rest of the family in a nurturing way.
