Three Strengths:
Careful: Always having to walk on eggshells when around their step father, Erin performs everyday duties with practiced ease and care. You never know whos wrath you may incur. It also helps them to make sure they don't get in their sister's way.
Resourceful: Ever since the age of 10, they have had to walk themself to school, or often make their own lunches and dinners. Salem was more present than their mother or their step father, but Erin had to mature and figure many things out on their own in order to survive. As such, they've learned how to take whatever is around them and use it to their benefit in times of need.
Perceptive: A side effect of a childhood of turmoil, combined with a possibly over analytical and paranoid older sister, Erin is also adept at reading the body language of others. They catch on to the slightest hints of various emotions or tones in others voices, and can interpret them easily.
Three Flaws:
Passive: Terrified of retaliation from conflicts, they choose instead to nod their head and say yes, or just keep their mouth shut entirely. It's easier that way sometimes.
Antisocial: Primarily a detriment gained from their father's treatment of them, Erin prefers to be on the sidelines and not interact with a majority of the populace. You never know who you can trust.
Messy: While they are careful in most every aspect of their life, if one takes a look at their own personal private spaces, Erin is unorganized and messy. Everything has its rightful place for them, but anyone else would have a hard time seeing their own hand in front of their face in the tornado wrecked space of Erin's bedroom.
History:
- Born 10 years after his older half sibling
- Introduced to the world in a very comfortable way, as he had both parents for several years, and he did not know the poverty and filth that Salem had known
- Lived a sheltered life, though, especially after he lost his father, whom he remembers very fondly
- Salem protected him from a lot, especially bullies at school, and even their step father, whom he was... relatively aware was treating Salem horribly, even though he was barely of school age
- He did what he could to help Salem around the house, even at that young of an age, so that she didn't have to take so much flack from their step father
- When he was 10, him and Salem moved to their own apartment and he was able to get his first Poke'mon, as well as Salem getting hers, and they were able to live a more peaceful life
- Salem was working a lot to take care of them, but Erin was incredibly mature for his age and did little to cause problems for his older sister
- Been living a rather quiet life with their sister ever since then, also coming out as nonbinary to her, among many other things
