Andro was carrying boxes on her way when something bumped on her leg. She looked down and was mesmerized by the shiny shell. It must have seemed odd to passerby to see a pony just stare before laying down to stare at a sleeping lotoise but that was just how it was. For quite some time until the lotoise woke up and Andro then picked them up and carried them home forgetting all about the boxes she had been carrying around before that.
Crêpe was relaxed having been selling crepes out a mobile cart for a while but was all sold out and once the cart was properly stowed and done with she was enjoying the lovely atmosphere around her. She was busying watching some deeplings when one came to the edge of the glass and caught her attention seeming like it wanted to play. It was so cute! She wondered if she could adopt it and bring it home. She moved to find a pony to help explain things to her on how this event ran.

Hannah was working on filling out a form for a pet adoption something bumped against her and she looked down it was a lotoise she wasn’t actually looking at adoption but after it seemed so comfortable next to her she hummed and grabbed a second form. In for a bite in for a full apple. She figured she was going to have to shell out a lot more bits for a larger pet set up now.

Ami was actually here to pass out flyers for the hotel as well as look at this adoption event. There were a lot of really cure companions Her mother never really let her have a companion growing up even though her father’s weren’t against it. She hadn’t understood for a long time but then she learned more about the less legitimate side of the family and it made sense. She realized she wouldn’t likely be able to have a companion if one had to pick up and move overnight. Still since she wasn’t part of that branch of things even if she knew about it she had lately been considering a companion but she couldn’t have someone who would eat paperwork or damage things at the hotel so she was considering a babal. She might help her family but wasn’t up for illegal activities herself so she also didn’t want to risk a companion who might pose a risk should a family member who was less then legitimate stop at the hotel. She reached for another stack of fliers to pass out when she noticed a companion moved up to her and was helping to pass out some fliers. She noticed it was a Kyutzel holding a babal in one paw and passing out a flier form her stack with the other. She tapped a hoof in thought and smiled. She realized she may have her answer to what kind of companion she wanted.
Leif Blight was existing under her glamor as usual. They kept her enchanted garment on still feeling so fearful but having decided that an event like this where so many others were. They were trying to be brave and hoping to find a companion who would help keep them company and was not to high maintenance. They slumped down against a tank tired form looking at so many companions and ponies. They closed their eyes took several calming breaths. It was then something wet touched their ear. Startled Leif shot forward nearly knocking into another pony and gasped spinning around. There a deepling was half out the tank and reaching for her almost falling over. They scooped it up before it felt and felt strangely at ease. It wasn’t some overly cute companion. It was something some might even consider ugly. It was kind of like her. Yes this might be the perfect partner as they seemed kind despite their appearance and they were helpless without some help from her because of the environment. Leif smiled. “Thank you for picking me. I’ll do my best to help you. “
