Condition | Description |

Asleep | A character who is sleeping is helpless and takes -3 successes from their perception. |
Blinded | A character that is Blinded cannot see. All checks and actions that rely on sight fail and opponents gain a +3 concealment bonus to their defense. |
Confused | A confused character cannot tell the difference between friend and foe. They will usually attack the last person to attack them. Healing or aiding them is considered an attack by the confused character. They also may attack themselves or familiars. |
Cowering | A cowering character is frozen by their fear and takes a -2 successes penalty to their defense. |
Dazed | A dazed creature loses a round. |
Dazzled | This creature cannot see well because of over-stimulation of the eyes. They take a -2 success penalty on sight based skills and attacks. |
Drowsy | A drowsy character takes penalties on all skill checks and defense. -2 successes for a mild drowsiness, -3 for moderate, -5 for extreme. Moderate drowsy or higher must pass a medium Health check or fall asleep for 10 minutes. They must check every 10 minutes until they get rest. |
Entangled | Being entangled halves a character's movement speed. They cannot run or charge. -2 penalty on all attack rolls. |
Exhausted | Being exhausted halves a character's movement speed, prevents running and charging, and takes a -4 successes penalty to physical rolls. Needs a full rest, a partial rest will result in being fatigued instead. |
Fatigued | Being fatigued halves a character's movement speed, prevents running and charging, and takes a -2 successes penalty to physical rolls. Needs a full 8 hour rest |
Frightened | A frightened character will flee from the source of their fear. If forced to fight, they have a penalty to all actions of -2 successes. If there is no other way to escape, they may use abilities and spells. |
Incorporeal | Characters that are incorporeal do not have a physical body and are immune to physical attacks. Magical items and spells do half damage. Can be harmed by other incorporeal characters. |
Invisible | Invisible characters cannot be detected by sight and gain a +2 success bonus on attacks. |
Nauseated | Nauseated characters are unable to take actions except for moving. |
Panicked | A panicked character will flee from the source of their fear at top speed along a random route. If forced to fight, they have a penalty to all actions of -3 successes. If there is no other way to escape, they may use abilities and spells. |
Paralyzed | A paralyzed character is frozen in place and cannot move, attack, fly, or swim. This can potentially put them in a dangerous situation as they are helpless. |
Prone | The character is lying on the ground and takes a penalty of -3 dice to attack rolls. |
Shaken | If a character is shaken, they take a penalty to all actions of -2 successes. |
Sickened | If a character is sickened, they take a penalty to all actions of -2 dice. |
Stable | A character is no longer dying and is just unconscious. |
Stunned | A stunned character drops everything held, cannot take actions, and takes a -2 penalty to defense. |
Unconscious | An unconscious character is knocked out and is helpless. |
