Dreepy is incredibly weak by itself, but in groups it can train and become much stronger. These groups will fly over the sea at high speed in the evenings, poking at other pokémon for fun. It has a habit of biting onto shellfish pokémon like clauncher even though it doesn't feed on them; some think this is vestigial behavior from before it was a ghost pokémon.​

It's capable of flying incredibly quickly, over a hundred miles per hour. It takes care of dreepy that it finds and dotes on them until they evolve. It gets incredibly lonely if it doesn't have at least one dreepy to care for, although the dreepies it takes in will wander off without a thought if it is defeated in battle.​

Dragapults can make their entire body transparent with enough focus, including the dreepies in its care. It keeps these dreepies in the holes in its horn crest. It uses these dreepies as high speed missiles, which they apparently love. More powerful dragapults are swarmed by more dreepies looking to go ever faster.​

This pokémon is known as "the Desert Spirit" in the places it was originally discovered. It can flap its wings so quickly that they make a distinctive sound; this noise is often described as sounding like a woman singing. It can cause localized sandstorms, and the red shields over its eyes protect it from this effect. It will work in teams to catch its favored prey - krookodiles.​

Gastly's body is estimated to be upwards of 95% gas; a strong wind can cause one to dissipate, although it will reform shortly after. These gasses are extremely poisonous, and caution should be taken not to be enveloped by them. In addition to suffocation, this substance can cause poisoning when directly exposed to skin. Depsite the dangerous nature of its body, it actually smells sweet, which has caused many unfortunate accidents.​

One of the earliest ghost types discovered, haunter was once thought to be from another dimension due to its ability to phase through objects, though this is now known as a common feature for many ghost types. Its body is made of coaslesced gas, and it can dissipate to near invisibility in darkness. It uses this to its advantage, hiding in darkness and licking prey to drain their life force. It is said that one being drained by a haunter cannot stop shivering, even when they aren't cold.​

Gengars enjoy mimicking humans' shadows, causing them a fright. If your shaddow moves quite suddenly, it may be that you are being hunted by one of these pokémon. A sudden chill is often blamed on a gengar stalking someone with the intention of feeding on them, and many people lost in the mountains have been blamed on malevolent ghosts. A gengar with a human partner can be fed much more happily by regular exposure to fear, such as thrill rides or movie theatres showing horror films!​

Litwick's flame emits a light that helps it drain life energy from living things. It lives in dark forests and caves, luring in hapless victims with its pale glow. One thing that is known for certain is it uses its arms to hypnotize prey with rhythmic waving, and its flame does grow brighter when it is well fed. While it can be quite fearsome, a chandelure in a well populated area is able to feed ambiently without really affecting anyone near it.​

It will use its hefty size and strength to defend its family with its life.​

When this pokémon is first born, it immediately finds an apple to burrow into. It then begins to excrete a sweet, sticky substance over it, crystallizing and protecting its new home. As it gets bigger it excretes new layers and eats the inner ones, creating a hard casing that is perfectly sized. Its tail grows larger and larger as it eats anything it can get inside its apple to eat, storing nutrients to help it grow stronger.​

It is a voracious eater, happily consuming any small pokémon that wander too close to its mouth. Thankfully, it will also eat fruits and vegetables, even if it doesn't seem to enjoy them as much. Interestingly, this pokémon has a pleasant, floral scent about it, and it can intensify the smell by waggling its fins back and forth.​
