Being a new homeowner was exciting to say the least! Zeph worked hard as a young colt to make it where he is. Saving here, investing in that. Now? He finally has a plot of land to call his own, with enough space for gardening or a pool or, whatever really! He often found himself doodling very childish blueprints of a dream house. How one rendition ended up with a rocket launch zone, he can't remember.
Now his home was being constructed! He had found a Ghoulie to help get the job done. They seemed quite and too themselves. He tried not to be a bother while they were working. So he waiting, peeking around corners to watch to make sure all was going well without being an all around annoyance. He checked the time, should be about time to clock out!
He went about and made a fresh pot of tea. Setting up a small tray with lemon, sugar, cream, anything you'd want in tea he had on the tray. When the pot whistled he gently placed it on a cloth to not burn or tarnish the tray and set out. "Hey! I made.. you... some tea?" Zeph smile faded when Sirius was gone. Perhaps they had another client? It was warmer than usual today. Perhaps tea wasn't the best idea. "Maybe next time?" He sighed and sat in the shade to drink the tea, no need for it to go to waste. Shame there wasn't anyone to enjoy it with.
