Chi was adrift alone for a long time he was found and collected by Kelpsia Undertow and then named. Kelpsia acted as a big sister for as long as Chi could remember. Still she always made it clear he was not her family and one day he would have to drift off and live his own life. Once he became an adult she seemed to think her job was done and bid him farewell and she disappeared into water and was just gone. While Chi was saddened by this he doesn't chase after her and should they meet again he would be gladdened but isn't expecting it. He was raised to expect a life of meetings and partings and someday hopes to meet someone who will journey along side him for this lifetime.

Kelpsia Undertow — 'No you may not call her Kelp or Kelpie, she will bite you.'
A flirt much of the time. Be careful getting to close as you may find she will drown you should you annoy her. She has a habit of picking up small things and caring for them for a while until the season passes and she leaves them once more.

A child who was spawned of a dream of pain and uncomfortable terror in the water she holds no fear of water and finds herself very at home in it. She loves the water and has made it her home often times. She flirts lightly and often but doesn't tend to form deep relationships. She cares for small things and they get attached to her but once they are large enough she feels her job has completed and leaves which has caused issues in the past of other Pon trying to find her but she simply keeps moving as though all memories of the past get washed away over time, but she will neither confirm nor deny this.
