Walking out to a new area of grass not too far from the dorms and the gardens nearby Thrud set down Nezha and watched as Hirschfeld flew out of her hair and danced about nearby, around some flowering bushes. She took out her notebook and sat down with it as Nezha sniffed about in the grass. She had come a little more prepared for trying to find out some things about at least the little totodiles behavior and maybe more. She pulled out a ball and as he was looking around at the grass Thrud rolled it gently passed him and Nezha's eyes snapped to it and he took off after it. He leaped on it and rolled across the ground nomming on the ball, which made Thrud glad she had found a solid rubber ball. She took notes as the little thing made playful rolls and pushed the ball around with his nose. Sometimes he would pick it up and throw it with his mouth out a ways from him and then ran after it to grab it again. She found this all very interesting at least and made notes about all of it. He seemed to enjoy playing that was for sure, and she knew he was very food motivated if his behavior at feeding times was anything to go by, her fingers wrapped in bandages or having healing scabs on them.
She watched and tried to find any other noticeable behaviors from him but as he played, he just seemed to take note of things around him, and things around her. He didn't seem terribly concerned about anything else or doing anything else till he picked the ball up in his mouth, it was full of holes and covered in drool now, but he brought it back over to her and crawled into her lap and just chewed on it, seeming board with everything else going on around them. He rolled one eye up at her as he chewed on the toy and she laughed softly and scratched his head, earning a strong tail thump against her leg as she put her notes away, not getting much more out of him today clearly.
