Despite their parents often forgetting to feed them breakfast or leaving them at daycare, Elyna grew up into a curious and kind adult. While they've long forgiven their parents for their inadequacy, Elyna left home immediately and cut ties with them for his own health.

Generally bored, listless, and a bit disappointed with life, Jackal finds himself seeking opportunities to better his life whenever presented. • Jackal was born into a massive family as one of many children. His parents were incredibly loving and did their best to give each child individual attention, but Jackal never truly felt like he stood out from the crowd. Still, his home was comfortable. He began working odd jobs to help bring money back home once he was grown.
• He began working for a public BDSM club as initially helping with odd and ends. He met Nyxx there and found them enthralling to witness. Strong, sure of themselves, and able to put on one hell of a performance, Nyxx inspired Jackal. A bright and cheery fox who is genuinely interested in others, Lark is a social butterfly! He is happiest when not alone, although he's learned to entertain himself when on his own (if he must). • Lark was born and raised in a smaller family on a modest farm. The members of his family each had some odd power or another, but Lark especially resented his. Dyeing eggs by touch? Really? What use was there in that? His parents tried to reassure him that he was as useful as his siblings, but Lark often rolled his eyes and brushed their reassurance off. He was never going to let anyone outside his family discover his ability, he had decided.
• Once an adult, Lark settled into a smaller home on the farmland with goals to eventually either leave and find his own land to call his own, or begin traveling.
• He met the traveler named Lesk and found their way of living intriguing. It forced him to think harder on his own life; was he content bumbling through life without any goal and just hoping he'd figure it out, or was he ready to throw himself into unfamiliar territory and force himself to face reality? He was disappointed when Lesk returned to their travels and missed their brief encounters.
• It took half a year before Lesk found her way near his farm again and stumbled upon the now thoroughly distressed, mid-life-crisis-bound Lark. Her offer was quick, a promise to take him out into the world for an adventure if he so wished. He accepted readily, packed a few essentials, and said goodbye to his family before joining her side.
• While their travel wasn't initially thrilling, Lark loved the chance to see new lands with Lesk. During their time together, Lark fell for Lesk. He was absolutely delighted the sentiment was returned, cementing their status as partners and lifelong travel companions.

A wizard who generally prefers magic over others, Mystris is constantly pursuing new spells and grimoires for both his library and mental collection. He can be cordial if approached, but don't expect him to be overly friendly, regardless of how close in relation one might be to him. Mystris is always vaguely aloof with the world, his thoughts more focused on magic and all it pertains to. He's a scholar first and foremost. He can be enticed and bribed with information to new spells or even magical artifacts, although he's not too proud of it. ​

Mystris, while focused on his studies, is still aware of how his behavior might harm others. He might briefly try and express some form of closeness between the haze of his magical focus, but it's best not to expect anything overtly affectionate from him. He shows his care by offering help when needed or casting a particularly wicked spell to punish those who have egregiously harmed someone he feels for. Otherwise, those who find themselves drawn to Mystris must understand he is a busy, busy man. ​

• The result of a great warrior and proficient wizard promising to pray to the stars above for heirs to carry on their legacy, Mystris was immediately taken under his wizardly father's care and trained reverently in magic. He was raised far from his brother and other parent, although he was distracted from wondering about his family by focusing on his training and growing his natural talent.
• As an adult, he needed little from his father and sought adventure. More accurately, he wandered in search of magical artifacts, spells, and grimoires. His travels would lead him to miss the death of his father, something he'd discover only once his father's messenger crow finally located him and bore the news. While Mystris struggled on his own feelings on the matter, their relationship had never been close -- Mystris was always his father's pupil first, and a son second. Magic was far more familiar than any familial bond that could have been forged between them.
• It was after he obtained a grimoire with a spell to track biologically related foxes that he'd actually decided to find some interest in who the other half of his family was. His father had died an orphan, but what of his sibling and other parent? Were they still alive? Truly, Mystris just wanted to test the spell, but it'd lead to him discovering the location of Malachi (and inadvertently making his sibling aware of the forced connection caused by the spell). Mystris did not pursue the matter further, content with having successfully used the spell.

Conflicted about where he begins and where the character he was "born" from ends, Beetlejuice's mood is constantly shifting, mixing, and blending as he struggles to shove down the habits and mannerisms of the television character he absolutely abhors. When able to control himself, Beetlejuice is clever, social, and out seeking a new thrill. He doesn't quite know how to handle other foxes, but often hides it under sarcastic quips and witty retorts. Beetlejuice can be selfish at times, often favoring his own hide in efforts to protect himself. He never had a family, nor friends, and has yet to learn attachment for others, but he isn't entirely devoid of empathy for others. ​

• Beetlejuice was created when a VHS tape fell from its stack and hit a magical potion precariously left below its shelf. The collision shattered the bottle and poured its contents on the VHS tape, erupting into an explosion of color and sparkles instantly. Once the cloud parted it would reveal a confused Yako, fresh and new to the world. Naming himself Beetlejuice after the pieced-together information in his brain, he left the abandoned Blockbuster in search of a life of his own.
• Life was difficult for Beetlejuice. He was very much not the character he clearly resembled and had mannerisms of, but then.... who was he? Habits of the character he was based on would rip forth at the most inopportune times, spewing words and phrases he would viscerally regret moments later. He struggled to find a semblance of who he might be underneath all that he had been molded from, but the show must always go on. He did his best to hide the growing insecurities under a false persona he didn't feel was truly his own.
