Hello hello! our very first community project will be the building of a Duck Pond and Playground! This means that we have very special tasks built around this subject with a special reward at the end for those participating. We will have a set goal point goal to meet for the true addition of the park.

What would a day at the park be like for your pony?

Lec had several yoga mats spread out ready to start classes. This was his first time he was going to hold outdoor sessions and this new duck pond and park seemed to be the perfect place for it. Families could let the little ones play and run off some energy while keeping them in eye sight and they could get a calming work out that didn’t involve chasing their children. He had relaxing musing playing and made sure it was the kind of music player he could slide a small ‘lock’ on so no playful foal could just turn it off mid exercise. He was a gym teacher and knew a lot of these troublesome foals from school and was used to their tricks. Stroking his mane he looked over the group. Even a few of the younger foals had joined them this morning. That was a surprise he wouldn’t be surprised if they ran off to the playground shortly after warm ups though. The screams of other playing foals would be to tempting for most of the younger ones to want to join. “Alright.” He addressed the group as a whole. “We are going to start with a five minute warm up to shake off those morning jitters and the little bit of chill.” He had a set up playlist he could play and switch up as needed. He clicked the play button on his music player and the speakers jolted to life playing an upbeat song that had the lyrics removed. It had been clean but he didn’t like to distract those doing yoga with worded music. After the warm up he watched a few of the foals wander off toward the playground and a few parents follow them. Others stuck around but kept a watchful eye over the playground area. “Next we will start with downward Inu.” He and the others stretched forward face down and leaned into the stretch. He kept an eye on his group and did have to go correct another ponies’ posture or placement. Yoga was good but it was still exercise and he took it seriously wanting everyone to do well and not end up hurting themselves by accident. He lead them through the yoga class without incident though noticed more then once that there was a small group of foals who seemed like they would prank the class if he didn’t glare sternly at them. He had to chuckle to himself thinking he might have to ask his mates to help him at some point with his class if only to help keep the young ones from causing trouble if they decided to play ball to close or something. He ended the class with a cool down exercise and congratulated everyone on doing well. Announcing he would do the class next week at the same time. He cleaned up while he watched several other ponies gatherer their kids and enjoy the park. He was very glad this park had been made. It seemed like it lifted the spirits of those who visited. Perhaps that was because it was new and interesting. He did wish some pony would be allowed to be a food vendor though because a good snack would be a nice thing after all the activity. Though perhaps someone had set one up on the outside of the park? He hadn't really looked. He decided to stroll around the park thinking it would be wonderful to go on a date with his mates latter.
