Running the stuff we do takes a fair amount of dedication. On top of the site itself, for this shop we have to maintain a bot, host our webspace, deal with bugs, adding new features, and so on. That is on top of all the lore work, events, art... it's a lot!
While we definitely do have RLC slots available, those support the artists themselves; only a small fraction of the costs actually go to the shop! For that reason, we have a separate "support the shop" option through our Ko-Fi page. It uses PayPal to accept payments (and we may implement Stripe in the future too) so you don't need to do anything new or weird! You can make one time donations or subscribe to keep supporting us monthly!
Every time you make a donation, you'll be given 30 days of the supporter role as a special thanks. Supporters get a few special perks - just our way of saying thank you for helping us make this place great. These benefits are:
* A special supporter chat channel, where only supporters get to chit chat about whatever they'd like!
* A suggestion channel, where supporters can get their ideas for new features heard first!
* A preview and presale chat, where supporters get special previews of upcoming things and sometimes get the option to have first dibs on RLC sheets! (Note: polliwoggi sales only, since it's for direct shop support.)
* An occasional private stream right here on Discord, showing off secrets, sale previews, future features, or other random sneak peek type things!
* A special name color, so you can lord over those *basic grey civilians.*
* Our eternal gratitude, because this place takes a lot of work~

That means I would put in `polliwoggi#1204` - make sure there's not an extra space before the #, as Discord likes to add that in sometimes. You should be shortly upgraded to supporter automatically!
