Task 5:​

Cotton Candy recieved her first baskets with her lifemate! She was incredibly excited to meet her babies for the first time and to help raise them to be wonderful adults. She's due for another basket soon, but she'll never forget the first time the baskets showed up for her and Marsh.

Task 8:​

The perfect New Year's Venue for me would be this large barn that looks very country on the outside but very classy on the inside. Inside the venue would include a bar, soft warm butterfly lights all across the ceiling, a large dark dance floor, and plenty of seating for those of us who aren't the most dance-inclined or just need a break from boogying. Also, one far end of the barn near the dance floor has been replaced with a huge bay window where everyone would watch New Year's fireworks.

Task 9:

Ceruli Anne would be very concerned about the baskets inside the sphere. As Anne works in an orphanage, she doesn't want to see any of these baskets end up with her. It's not fun watching a young one grow up without a family and she knows that. She just hopes everypony will step up and take in the baskets so they all have good homes and loving families. Even Ceruli would take one if it meant keeping that baby out of the orphanage. She'd take them all home if she could.​

Task 13:​

Axa Lotil would place pictures of her photography work in a time capsule to bury and pull back out next year. Many of her pictures would probably be candid photos of her lifemate Lumi just so that when she pulled them up next year, she would be reminded of just how important Lumi was to her. She never wants to lose sight of that. She would also include some of her favorite photos so that she could remember just why she got into photography and journalism in the first place.

Task 14:

Listen, it's okay to forget things. It's okay to trust ponies. And it's okay if things go wrong. Not every show is going to go perfectly as planned. Not every pony is going to enjoy every show that we put on at the theatre. And that's fine. Because you know what? There is so much less stress when you don't concern yourself with it.

If you are happy with it, that is all that matters. If you ever need that reminder, just talk to someone close to you. You don't have to close your friends out so much. They're there for a reason Nitey. You can't do it alone. You never could, and you never have.​

Task 5: major event

Champagne found her home! She'd spent most of her life traveling and seeing what there is for a pony to see, but man there's no place like home. She's been reunited with her brothers, just in time for the holidays!

Task 9:

Young-hee would be bored of the news at first, until she learned it was causing quote the commotion. She'd find herself a good high spot to just sit and watch... Watch the ponies gathering around it... Watch the resolutions they make... Watch the others try to poke it or interact with it... Watch the changes of both the crowd and the sphere as days go on... She'd write down notes, make predictions... It'd all be a fun little game to her...

Kissberry Scoop would put her best decorated cookie in a time capsule, so when she opened it again she could see just how much her skills improved in the time gone by!

Task 15:

Jan 1st, 2022 - Journal of the Beast

--- I don't know why I'm doing this. Writing is dull. Reading is dull. But Mothman has somehow convinced me to read a little here and there just by... I don't know? Suggesting? Since when do I take suggestions? He's my new boss, I'm to guard him with my life. Such a ('cute' has been scribbled out) tiny little thing. Gives me this look sometimes that I'm not sure what to make of. I've ran a lot of security in my day. Had a lot of jobs, lot of bosses. This one feels more intimate sometimes and it's unnerving. I don't like being unnerved. But it's not terrible. Sometimes it's almost cozy. Which is also unnerving. Plus side of not talking much nor using a head capable of facial expression is I can easily hide that feeling. Speaking of hiding, gotta hide this somewhere now that I've written it... Probably just burn it... Eh.

Task 2: I enjoy that I can finally snuggle my husband without my heat allergy flaring! ​

Task 3. Strawberri Kiss always invites the family together for a home-cooked meal and their favorite holiday movies. Kiwi tries to put up with his mom's fretting over if he's going to be single forever ("Yes mom, that's the plan.") and Juniper decorates the house. ​

Task 5: Artemis lost his partner -- through either they losing interest or something awful happening. It... to say it hurt is an understatement. They had kids together and, after finding his brother (who wants nothing to do with him, yay! :c) were discussing finally settling down together for good, and then the unthinkable happened.

He's trying to take it one day at a time, but he blames himself. If he had just been willing to stay home and begin their life together this never would have happened... right? ​

Task 9: Artemis has traveled the entire island at least twice, and even he hadn't seen anything light it. The orb was simple enough in design, sure, but something felt... wrong. Maybe it was the multiples of baskets slowly accumulating, or perhaps the shifting colors reminded him of something or someone, but Artemis was keen on scurrying past and heading back to his son.​

More RP events / more events like this one / more games like Hunger Games, prompt based roulette, etc. I really like running games where I have a chance to actually talk to the players / play with them too.​

Task 13. Artemis would place the starry necklace his ex gave him into a time capsule. Maybe he'd be in a better place in 2023 -- maybe not. He also would place photos of his kids, a few books of his notes from traveling, and a sealed letter meant for future him. ​
