History: Maximus wasn't always so regal and flamboyant. He used to be a very awkward and clumsy pony. However as he was growing up and hit that gangling phase that foals can get, he discovered ball room dancing. He instantly fell in love and begged his parents to sign him up for lessons. At first he struggled, clumsy gangling foal after all, but he slowly got better. As he did he settled into his grown height and stature and adopted his current regalness. He did compete in a few dance competitions and while he didn't win, he also didn't do poorly.

Personality: A sweet lady. Cotton Candy is kind and enjoys making candy. Seeing kids come into her store and get excited over the candy makes her super happy. She loves making kids happy.
History: Family has been in candy business long time; not always shop keepers, sometimes carnies and such. Cotton Candy's parents were food stall owners that traveled with one particular circus. Wanting to settle down and not travel so much, she saved up money to purchase her own home/business. She found the perfect building in Everville and slowly set up shop. The candy shop, Candy Delights, is open for business while the cafe side is newly remodeled and will be run by Godiva and/or Tag-A-Long.
Shortly after opening the store, Cotton Candy went to a circus that came to town. There she found an abandoned foal named Dapple Heart. She took care of him for the day, helping him search for his missing parents, before turning him over to authorities. Ultimately he went into an orphanage where he constantly asked about Cotton Candy. She received a letter about his situation and decided to adopt him.

Notes: Rain Drops - A Phytox that Niji found. While not a small creature it was endearing enough to win his heart so he took her home. While he is a beginner owner, which everyone has been advising him to find her a more experienced owner, he is doing everything he can to learn how to be a good owner. So he's developed a routine for her and training for them both to do to help keep her troublemaking self out of trouble.
