Character Overview: Hair stylist who trains pokemon on the side. [blurb]

Five Dislikes:

• Sweating
• Travelling
• Casseroles (it's a texture thing)
• Plants dying in her garden

Hobbies:

• Gardening - Loves the whole aspect of it, but is terrible at it. The green thumb clearly skipped her.
• Cutting hair - She's loves her career to the point where she still does it for fun outside of work.

Three Strengths:

• Calm - She tends to have a pretty calm demeanor, and is very slow to anger. She can't remember the last time she was truly angry.
• Generous - She loves helping others feel beautiful and will happily come in off hours to help. She will often make time for those down on their luck to style their hair prior to interviews. Although she's a big spender, she keeps her hair cuts at a reasonable price for others.

Three Flaws:

• Memory of a Goldfish - She's good at remembering "bullet points" for conversation with her clients (i.e. Previous haircut, kids, pokemon), but doesn't always remember the nitty gritty.
• Fiscally irresponsible - The girl likes spending money too much and often ends up in a cycle of feast and famine based on the paycheck timing. She loves going out and trying new restaurants., even if the tab eats into the food budget for next week.
• Gives unsolicited advice - If you somehow get into a conversation with her, she will sometimes sneak in a comment about your stylistic choices. Nellie is never being malicious in these moments, but she feels like she's helping out. Sometimes it could be a "You should look into more cool tones, that red does nothing for your complexion" or even a pointing out split ends or a bad color job.

History: First born of Franklin and Peony Kipps, followed by a brother named Caleb. She grew up in a very loving and supporting family. [blurb]
