Boni blinked. Once. Twice. Three times. And once again, heaved a sigh. "Well, ok, that was weird..." Not the weirdest thing he's seen, but still... on the list.

So... now what?

Looking around the room as his eyes adjusted, he noticed a bit of light from what looked like a vent, but it seemed... not pony-safe, and after that strange encounter he really didn't wanna see if that's how the other got in and out. He could just head back, but...

Grumbling to himself, Boni moved to check out the control panel, to see if he could possibly figure out what it's issue is. Since that patchy rabbit pony wasn't gonna do anything about all this, he supposed it was up to him... Ugh.

Whipping the curtain back with his breath held, E.E.K. released it in a rush when it revealed an empty space. The music stopping was a little bit creepy.... as was the trapdoor on the stage. Yeah no... there was no chance of him being tempted by that to investigate. Instead he looked to the little outlets to the left and right. One looked to be a prop room and the other a dressing room. Not wanting to deal with props and the like he decided to go to the right to the dressing room.

Lefty originally planned to follow the music, but as he stepped through the door and moved forward, an irritating whisper filled his head. Each step he moved, the voice came back, no matter how hard he tried to ignore it. Irritation overriding his fear for the moment, he turned and marched towards the vent, ready to find out what in the world could grate through his mind like that.

Lefty is checking the vents

What looked promising before... now felt like a horror attraction.
No sooner had you stepped into the room, the looming arm of some strange machine took up the center of a very stark white room, and something about it gave you a bad feeling.
Peering just behind it at the back wall, there seemed to be another room behind a couple of glass panels, and the controls from this arm were noticeable right up against the glass...
I suppose you could go check out that control room? Or maybe just leaving and trying a different direction feels a bit safer?

You step up to the control panel, noticing a good amount of toggles and switches on the little board in front of you that could link to any number of things in this room... one thing, however, stands out.
Err, sits out? They're just kind of sitting right in the middle of the electronic platform. And staring.

Huh. That's uhm... something?
They slow blink at you, and the movement is a little unnerving.
Did you want to try giving them a chat? Or is the idea of someone in here just a liiiittle too much and you want to run back to the main room?

You take a step towards the Dressing Room's direction, goal in mind.
But it seems your goals didn't align with someone, and they step into your path rather menacingly.

Uh oh, big baddie.
Do you want to confront them? Or maybe high-tailing it back to the main room sounds more reasonable?

The whispering in the vents came to a complete stop the second you touched the covering, and you had half a mind to step back.
But only for a second, and in the next moment you were lifting the cover off.
Oh? what's this?

Well no wonder it was so noisy.
You could've sworn it was more than that...
[Hold the link for the end of the game, this isn't your official link just yet!]

Well now, I guess we should press on... but towards the stage? Or maybe back towards the main room?

Oh.

Oh no.

Oh hell no.

Nope.

Not today, satan.

The woman was too stunned to speak.

Yet she operated opposite of how she reacted.

My feet started to take me towards the control room before I could react further.

E.E.K. lived up to his name and let out the loudest and girlie-est shriek when the stranger stepped out into his path dripping with menace. It was amazing that he didn't just drop dead from a heart attack. However there was no hesitation from him, just an abrupt about face and scrambling to get out this room. Surely this strange pony wouldn't follow him to the main room.

B0wzer lifted an eyebrow at the trapdoor. Even if he wanted to go down there, which he didn't, he doubted he would be able to fit. No, instead he decided to follow the way he expected to see the prop room. Maybe if he was lucky enough he could find a sword to entertain himself with for the rest of the night.

After removing the vent, Lefty sat back for a moment. That sad little thing made it feel like it was whispering inside his skull? Surely not. Something felt off here but so long as that noisy thing quit worming it's way into his head, he didn't care. With a shake of his head to brush off the nerves, Lefty stood and turned. He paused for a moment to remember why he'd come into the room before recalling the music and eyeing the stage. Well, no reason not to check it out since that's where the music he'd checked the room for had been coming from, right?

Lefty moves towards the stage

*lux is too tired to do a full rp paragraph, but Boni's mildly annoyed and also mildly amused at yet ANOTHER bunny, and ask's if they're with the other bunny-eared pone that was just in there?*

The office is pretty straightforward, as far as you'd expect for a glorified control panel for a giant scooping metal arm.
Half of the wall is glass, and while you saw the panel itself from the scooping room, the floor was another story entirely, and you found yourself looking at the littering of more exoskeleton parts. Oh yay.
Luckily, these ones don't seem to be giving any sign of moving.
I suppose, given there's not much else in here, you could poke around the controls for fun?
Or maybe you'd just rather head back out to that room with spare parts and try a new direction?

Ah yes, you make a run for the main room and the layer of water on the floor... and you're at a familiar crossroads, in a very skinny room surrounded by high tech equipment.
Looks like the bear has made no attempt to follow you either, phew....
Ahead of you, the door is shut, but you hear something almost like static, but it comes and goes periodically.
To your left, the only doorway that's open, you can see light, but it doesn't seem to be coming from the room itself, maybe another room further in?

Which way should you go?

While you had assumed it to be a room for props, it seemed more like a room for spare parts, and the leg leaning up against the wall was a little creepy.
The rest of the room was loitered with tables stacked with little things here and there, some of them even labelled with masking tape for their purpose, though the marker seemed to be faded from constant handling and you couldn't read it.
The option to rifle through the tables was a tempting one, for sure. You never know what you can find down here...
Perhaps on the luckier side too, it looks like there was an adjoining door for the dressing room, if you wanted to take a look over there.
Or maybe heading back out to the main hall seemed like a better idea, to find somewhere new to start nosing around.?

You draw back the curtain quickly like a band-aid, getting it over with... and you're met with a small figure?

The more the merrier?
[Hold the link for the end of the game, this isn't your official link just yet!]

The only sounds you can hear now is the buzzing form the fans in the ventilation system down here.
The whole situation is definitely creepy, but then you notice the outline of a trapdoor on the stage.
It looks easy enough to pull open if you feel so inclined, but then the rest of the stage reveals little outlets leading to behind it, assuming to what you believe could be a dressing room or where they might keep props.
So, what will it be?
The trapdoor too enticing to resist?
Or maybe you want to try that left backstage exit for the prop room?
Then again maybe the dressing room in that right side exit will have less places to hide for some weirdo down here in the dark?

What will you choose?

[Alas, you had to beat a 90. X.x;]

The stranger fidgets, and you get the feeling they don't even want to be here. But then they suddenly reach for you, and with a very loose grip...
"Uhm... you're out."

Oh. Huh. Realization hits.
This whole thing was an elaborate experiment, and as the pony in front of you hands you a 30% off coupon for their next haunted attraction, and you can't help but feel a little suckered into it.
Eh, at least they still promised to pay you for the night...

OH NO! Oh dear, it seems you've run out of luck this time.
You can head over to the 'Game Over' thread and make a post there for a chance at ponies from other floors & a freebie companion.
And Bon Bon joins the pool!

E.E.K. stopped in the main room with it's layer of water on the floor gasping for breath. He turned to look behind him and saw that the strange bear looking pony did not follow him. He heaved a sigh of relief before looking at the options available to him. He could go to the closed door with the static sounds or to the open door with the light. He decided that going towards the light was his best and hopefully safest course right now. So he turned to head towards the open door to the left.

you take a step toward the open doorway, but an unfamiliar figure steps into view.

Oh my.... They seem harmless?
Though they do give off a kind of silent, threatening energy...
Do you want to confront them? or maybe run for that last, buzzing door?
