"Okay, well that was something." Lan was begining to wonder what they feed things here. This was the third battle! He looked over Christmas, making sure the bulbasaur was okay. "Bit wobbly but we will be okay." He certainly was going to try to be more careful or they were going to have to return early.

She seemed at least willing to keep going.

Lan could hear the calls of pokemon around him but they seemed to be keeping their distance, maybe they figured out they weren't someone to be messed with. He walked carefully, taking in the beautiful surrounding now that he could actually enjoy them.

The grass was tougher to move in, gripping and pulling and he went slow and carefully through them, humming slightly as he did so. It was sort of relaxing and he wasn't in a hurry.

Lan relaxed slightly, gently petting the bulbasaur bulb as she panted, taking in the defeated opponent. Who had refused to stay in the ball. "Yeah, this was surprising, lets start heading back then." He returned her, clipping her to his belt and stepped back to camp.

He attempted to carefully balanced on some rocks but slipped, ending up wet and squeaked as he was bitten by something hungry. "You little monster." He muttered, fond but got up and headed back inside for safetly. Got to bandage himself up and get Christmas cared for.
