The other two spots are basic knowledge of how to work, being trustworthy and careful as stuff is breakable, but she will be particularly careful with her Assistant manager hiring.

Anything else: Strawberry Fields is a strawberry-themed bakery, owned by Rosa Latte. She is also the Head Baker there and spends nearly all day at her bakery. It's closed on the first day of the week. The opening shift will have you there at near dawn and leaving early afternoon. The closing shift takes over and will be there until dusk. Cake decorators or assistant bakers might be asked to stay a little longer based on orders due the following day. All employees will be working directly under Rosa Latte's management.

He can get things where they need to be all around the stage as he can move pretty quietly. He helps wherever he needs to help. He doesn't talk much and hes a little shy when there's a lot of people around (Big ears and all) but hes always willing to work and learn any way he can help around a theater.
Anything Else: he's not always great about being around in the early mornings but will be where ever he needs to be when hes told to be some place.
