[PRP] Mint Tea And A Little Magic [Gold-Dusted Sage x Mossy Shadows]

Oh, what a lovely day to go on a stroll through the Dream Valley area! Well, that's what Sage thought, until she started to get hungry while wandering through the wonders to see from Sleepless Cave to Sunrise Swamp! She'd never been to this area before, really, and wasn't quite sure what to do until she remembered that quaint little town she'd heard so much about when talking with her parents. Everville, was it? Didn't they have a tea plantation around there? Oh, that would just be lovely to check out! She wasn't quite sure if she could get anywhere near the plantation itself, but it would be cool to see none the less. Maybe she could catch a small glimpse of Prism Palace on her way out!

Sage had been traveling alone for quite a while, making new friends and some reluctant enemies along the way. Despite all this, she'd never actually bothered checking out large landmarks such as Prism Palace or any of the other unnatural wonders in this world. All she was interested in was nature, plants, animals, and tea! She had a thing for inviting people to go have tea with her while they talked, maybe there'd be a place to by tea at this lovely little town?

As she approached Everville she was humming to herself, trotting along with pride and her hooves thumping softly on the ground. Her wings seemed to occasionally flutter as she hopped along to the tune stuck in her head. She didn't fly often, even if she was a pixie. The air was unknown terrain, something she actually feared quite a bit - she'd never admit it though. She was happy staying on the ground, connected to this beautiful land with the smell of fresh air.

Who knows! Maybe she'd make some friends here as well? Wouldn't that be splendid! Maybe someone to come along with her on her journey?​

Mossy Shadows yawned blinking from behind his bangs. He was enjoying some time off after a hard few days of work. He had taken a shipment of tea to Razzleberry’s shop in town and was now on his way back home. He was keeping to the shady sides of the path when he could favoring part cover. Perhaps it was his ghoulie side showing through wanting to keep to the shadows. He stopped when he noticed something bright and shiny moving along the path. It was another pony but with shimmering bright wings. He was very tempted to step off the path and hide given he didn’t like all that much interaction with strangers. Still that might make him look like a robber which he also didn’t want. Frozen for a second his steps slowed. Finally he settled on keeping his head down his hair forward and keeping with his slow steps. Most would walk by him in the dappled light of the path part he was on. He should be able to get by fairly easily most of the the time; and take the off branch back to his home at the tea plantation without any difficulty. It was between the two travelers but not well worn yet as only they used it and the location was quite self sufficient with few trips into town unless to sell things.

Sage hadn't planned on stopping to interact with many ponies on her walk, if any at all. It was a new town sure but she wanted to know where she was heading before she tried to make new friends! Oh, she dreaded being 'that pony' who just used locals like some tour guide on adventures. She wasn't like that! She just wanted to explore the lands and look at the tea plantation and have a good day in this lovely city.

But, alas, she couldn't help it when her gaze struck a particularly interesting individual. Oh, a pixie like her! Isn't that lovely! But.. oh those teeth, how peculiar. Hm, they don't look like her exactly. Why are they keeping to the shadows so much? Are they alright? .. Are they... looking at her? She couldn't see their eyes but she wasn't unaware of the slight intrigue her very bright wings gave. And, they had stopped their movement for a moment.

She found herself stopped as well as she did her best to pretend she hadn't seen them stop. My, how rude would that be! Though, when they walked on she was tempted to go following them. Perhaps they could be a new friend! Or maybe they needed some help? She hated the thought of leaving someone upset all alone.

So, Sage turned to trot hurriedly after the stranger. "Excuse me! Hello there!" She called as she approached, with the same airy and gentle tone one would expect to hear from such a soft looking pony. Her fur, or, hair, did look quite soft and fluffy, but that's besides the point.
